Leiria Side — Hotel in Leiria

We don't even know where to start the complaint. We got home and everything seemed fine. Until we arrived at the room and there were no towels to take a shower, so far so good, we called the number available on booking and asked someone to please bring them. The lady who answered said that someone would already take it. After 30 minutes I called again because we still hadn't received the towels. The lady responded in a very aggressive way, that the towels would only come when the cleaning lady could and I had to wait, if I didn't want to wait I had a lot of reservations on hold and I could go out and cancel my reservation. I would also like to warn you that after this negative comment a positive one of 10* will appear to compensate and maintain the ranking in booking, you can scroll and confirm this...

If you want to explore something interesting outside of Lisbon and your choice is Leiria, I defo recommend you to stay here. Reasonable price and good service. The cleaning woman was very pleasant and provided us with all we needed. I loved the place and recommend it...
