Golda Sol — Hotel in Loulé

Booked online and then needed to contact the hotel. The number didn’t connect. Nor did the one on the website. The booking agent contacted them and they said they would reply to an email in an hour. Still no contact despite that and another email I sent them over two weeks later. I couldn’t speak to them about my booking because they were totally uncontactable. Despite this apparent failure of their communication systems their card machine appeared to still work as they took money off me for a booking I couldn’t use and wouldn’t communicate with me so I could discuss it with them. Disreputable...

The most important thing a hotel should provide are beds. We booked three separate beds and found one french bed cn 1,40 x 1,90 and one singel bed in a very small room. This was very unconforable for 3 tall people as we are. We paid for 2 nights € 328,00: not a cheep price. The hotel has a refreshing swimmingpool... but the most important thing should be provide a good sleep....

Hôtel pas entretenu chambre dégueulasse très vieille clim toute cassée armoire toute vieille la chaise elle est tombée en 1000 morceaux le téléviseur était posé sur le bureau même pas fixé au mur les joint de la douche était tout noir petit déjeuner moyen personnel sympa Pour résumer l'hôtel est très vieux il a vraiment besoin d'entretien d'être refait et surtout le prix 146 € la nuit avec petit déjeuner compris séjour au mois...
