Perfect localisation: outside but close to 'biggest' :) city, 'terrasse' with view and sound of ocean right over, 1 minute walking from natural swimming pool, ...||Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, with AC.||Nice breakfast room and large fridge available for own usage.||The owners are very nice and do their best efforts to offer good customer service despite Covid constraints.||||A suggestion to try to better isolate the sound from the breakfast/chilling area towards the sleeping rooms, and raise awareness to guests to avoid banging doors. 😊: The location is fantastic and the room was very clean. Warm welcome. The little hamlet where the hotel is found is very cute and has sea access. Nice sunsets and views of Pico and Faial island.. 😢: The sound proofing was not the best between the rooms / hallway. We had a German family with a « hysterical teenage girl »who constantly was slamming doors and yelling at her parents / brother. It got to the point we had to go talk to her and the parents. In the bathroom the sink was a small hand washing sink very tiny. I think this place is good for families and groups not...

Fantastic hotel directly by the ocean! Listen the "music" of waves and seabirds.||Brian and Dalila are very nice and helpful. They make you feel very welcome and ensure a pleasant stay! They are always there to assist you and give tips. The breakfast is local and delicious. Dalila makes the best pancakes or cupcakes for you!
