Monte da Bela Raposa — Hotel in Mora

One of the most special hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Françoise is an incredible host and made us feel so welcome. The main building and bedrooms have been decorated with exquisite taste and an amazing collection of antiques and objects that she has collected over the years. The breakfast was incredible and I recommend having dinner at the hotel at least once—the food is all incredibly fresh and well-prepared, with many things coming from the property’s garden. The staff are so kind, helpful, and accommodating—such warmth and hospitality. To round things out we enjoyed the company of Bobik, Françoise’s dog. We already cannot wait to return to this amazing property for another...

What an amazing place! I enjoyed my stay there so much! the room is spacious with great vintage furniture, high end bathroom and a lovely outdoor sitting with a little quiet private garden! Also important to mention the swimming pool and the lake, was lovely swimming there. The main building is stunning, full of art. É difícil escrever sobre um alojamento onde a experiência ultrapassa as palavras! Podemos agradecer a Françoise cada pormenor que pôs na sua casa, que teve a generosidade de partilhar connosco: os diferentes objectos com origem em exóticos lugares distantes, a piscina com uma relaxante vista sobre o lago, a cozinha invejável onde tomamos o excelente e diversificado pequeno almoço (sempre com produtos frescos), sob o olhar atento de funcionárias naturalmente simpáticas.|O requinte de cada espaço trás mais conforto à simplicidade do campo. É importante salientar que existem apenas seis quartos, cujas paredes se elevam da terra, mas em que cada interior é uma requintada surpresa.
