Overall was ok, place has so much potential but is very badly executed which is such a shame. Some things done very beautifully (design of reception) but then others feel like a cheap hostel. Confusing place! Enjoyed the stay as it was relatively quiet and views are lovely. Whatever you do tho don’t go to the restaurant it is the absolute WORST food! Wish I had read the reviews first, but we arrived late and didn’t want to drive somewhere (there is nothing in walking distance and driving somewhere decent is at least 20 mins away), so we went thinking it would be nice given hotel markets itself as 4star spa - so wrong!||Pros: views are beautiful from balcony in room - we had mountain view and I think that was better than the pool view. Could see lake and trees - very peaceful. Bed was comfy and clean. WiFi worked (but limited). And housekeeping seemed good. The outside pool whilst cold is a treat - with beautiful view and sun loungers to use. Pool is decent length to do some actual swimming lengths too. Spent a whole morning here enjoying it with just one other guest around. Imagine if got busier tho the tranquility would quickly go...||Cons - air con unit in room bit temperamental. No fridge despite when we booked the room saying it had fridge which we needed. Complained to reception and was told “some rooms did, some didn’t” and could get a fridge tomorrow as hotel was full then and no available fridges. Did finally get a fridge after reminding again the second day. No tea and coffee making facilities which again seemed a bit weird as was definitely a place for them in room. Also no telephone so had to keep going to reception if wanted anything!|You had to book the indoor pool area - which we did - only pool was open due to Covid - and even that none the water features worked - it was hot and stuffy in there and felt dirty (although saw them cleaning it the next day and seemed thorough) - we didn’t go back in as wasn’t a nice experience really. |Then finally the restaurant - we had dinner there the first night - what a mistake. Trying to ask the server what anything was on the very limited menu was pointless he just told me I should have steak and was like talking to a brick wall - didn’t seem to understand much and I felt sorry for him so ended up going with his suggestion. The bread was rock hard, the fish starters made us gag - we had only one bite and then were worried we’d get sick. The steak was actually ok, cooked rare despite the waiter telling us we would have it medium (didn’t seem to understand any other option) - but luckily we like it rare! The veg with it looked straight out a tin from 10 years ago. The dessert was weird but edible basically the fruit from breakfast or some classic pre-frozen buffet cakes! So sad as €45 that cost us we could have eaten so well elsewhere! Breakfast was included in room rate (thank god) - weird again - were given a plate of scrambled eggs and bacon to share (about 3 mouthfuls each) and some bread and pastries - no encouragement to get more if you wanted it - but it was fine. Think the tea option better than the coffee.||I guess you get what you pay for and overall I would stay there again at the rate we paid for room (esp in a quiet time of year) but it is quite remote and if you like eating out then this probably isn’t the best place to stay as it’s miles from anywhere and their own restaurant so terrible. But it’s good if you like driving and want to stay somewhere with a good view and walking...

TL;DR: Lovely views and great housekeeping, but the spa and pool are dirty and neglected, and one of front desk staff was unfriendly.

In June 2025, I spent my honeymoon at this hotel. We were looking for a peaceful, secluded place with a beautiful view – and in that regard, it didn’t disappoint. The view from the rooms on floor -2 is absolutely stunning; the window opens up to an endless landscape. One of the few highlights of our stay.

Housekeeping was excellent – they kept the room spotless and were always professional and discreet.

The breakfast was mid, on the weekends as they know they have more people the food is more diverse and has more variety...not fair for the ones spending a week there.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the spa and pool. Sadly, they were the biggest disappointment.

We informed reception that we wanted to use the spa (as it requires booking), and the receptionist (unfortunately I don’t know her name) failed to mention anything about the spa's poor condition. On top of that, every interaction with her felt cold and unwelcoming – not what you’d expect from front desk staff at a hotel.

The spa was a real shock: broken tiles, and the changing area for men and women was not separated – it was supposed to be divided by a glass wall, but it was missing. There were no loungers to put our things down, and the buttons for the steam room and sauna were broken and had exposed wiring. The features of the indoor pool were not working either.

Before heading to the outdoor pool, I told the same receptionist that the pool cleaning robot was still in the water. She just replied “okay” and didn’t care. Despite the robot being in the water, the pool was filthy – bugs and clumps of hair were floating in it.

There were almost no loungers outside, and the flooring around the pool was lifting in places – dangerous for kids running or playing, as they could cut their feet.

They left the cleaning robot in the pool every day. During our 7-day stay, we never once saw them remove it.

The hotel claims to be 4 stars, but it’s far from it. It doesn’t seem like it’s been inspected in a long time. For the price we paid around 800 € , it fell short on the expectations.

If you’re hoping to enjoy a spa and pool experience – don’t...

New hotel with poor service and even poorer maintenance!

We checked in this hotel late evening and had one of the two suites in the hotel booked for four nights (highest available category). Without any notification we had to find out on our own that the air-condition wasn’t working on the entire floor. Our room was at 30°C, high humidity and it was horrible to sleep in there. In addition, we were offered to have dinner at the hotel witch we made a reservation for. When we showed up we were told to please wait for another 45 minutes since they have issues with the gas supply. We retuned 45 minutes later and they told us that there won’t be a dinner that night.

So we were already very disappointed within the first few hours and it didn’t became any better. The service was friendly but that all. No excuses, no provenience at all due to all the trouble, no help to improve the situation instead we were told that we can check out and can look for another hotel! We asked to speak to the hotel management which was never available and we were told that the manager doesn’t even speak English.

After two days we became the chance to switch to a smaller room on another floor where the air-conditioning was working. The refund of the prepaid costs for the suite got never paid back ever since not to speak of any refunds for all the trouble. The hotel service always told us to talk to the online portal we booked at. The online portal didn’t receive any feedback from the hotel either.

The hotel is two years old but is seems they have a huge problem with their management and their maintenance. Not working air-conditioning, not working gas supply with the result of no restaurant service, water in several walls at the edge of mildew, rusty chairs on the balcony, brown dirt running down several of the white outside walls, to just mention a few points, are just not what I personally expect from a...

We tend to agree with the last review although not thoroughly. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was lovely and spacious and well decored and plenty of room to put a child's bed in. However, little touches were missing like pillows way too soft, no where to put your shower gel but we did enjoy the bath with an amazing view over the natural park. It was very peaceful too. At check in the manager told us there was no food available at lunch however, after seeing others with drinks and sandwich they did serve a toasty for our daughter. We loved the pool although had to ask a member of staff to remove the cleaning robot one afternoon out of the pool as it was just left in there. We had a meal at the hotel the first night which was actually OK. Husband had a lovely steak and I had ribs. Our waiter Aldoles, I think that was his name, was absolutely charming and attentive and the best member of staff at the hotel. The others seemed to just go about their job although pleasant enough. We didn't like the fact that you had to pay for extras at the end of the stay and I had to ask for receipt for our meal. They put on a €16 gin which we didn't have so do check your bill... They did take it off again. The breakfast buffet table of cakes is good but they bring cold scramble eggs and bacon immediately to the table and just one fruit cocktail amongst 3 which is not what you would expect from 4 stars. There is an amazing Thai restaurant 10 min drive away called Tamrab that is a must but do book. We stayed for 3 nights and that was enough. Its got potential to improve.

While the location is advantageous with easy access to many beaches, the overall experience at the hotel falls short. Despite the exceptionally courteous staff, the condition of the hotel is disappointing. Mold in the bathroom, a disorganized spa zone, malfunctioning sauna and Turkish bath, along with a dated and unclean jacuzzi and a poorly-maintained heated pool, collectively create an unsatisfactory environment. The evident lack of maintenance suggests the hotel hasn't received proper care since its construction 20 years ago. For a business to thrive, investing in the upkeep of the facilities is crucial. Even with a bustling atmosphere and numerous guests during our stay, the disappointing state of the amenities overshadowed the positive aspects. This delayed feedback stems from genuine disappointment, given the high cost of accommodation at this hotel without corresponding value. It's crucial to highlight the commendable efforts of the staff, who tried their best to ensure a pleasant stay. However, their service is hindered by the subpar condition of the hotel. In hindsight, had I been aware of these issues beforehand, I would have reconsidered my choice and would advise others to do the same. Enclosed are some images of the SPA for your perusal. Would you confidently categorize it as a 4-star hotel SPA? My own assessment leans towards a different conclusion.
