If you want to relax in a quiet environment and enjoy the nature, you must come to this accommodation. Without a doubt this is one of the best B&B places we’ve been so far. The owners, Ben and Elin, are the loveliest hosts you can wish for. In everything you can see they love and respect nature. They grow their own veggies and fruit. They also have chickens. Their eggs are delicious! Come and taste the countryside.

This place is one of the most beautiful places in the Alentejo region to visit. So calm and beautiful, surrounded only by nature. While the furniture of other houses im Alentejo are often still very old-fashioned, the barraquinho is completely renovated and beautifully designed in the interior with so much detail and perfection, only with materials from the region. The german couple who lives there and offers some tourist apartments ist very sympathetic and friendly, I hope to visit the place again...

Fantastic place and accommodation. Ben&Elin are the most wonderful hosts you could imagine. Always carrying, super friendly and in every aspect with eye to detail - from Portuguese mosaic tiles in the bathroom over beautifully arranged outside areas to seasonal additional benefits like fresh organic fruits and eggs from their free range chickens.
