Plano5 - Robust Design — Hotel in Oliveira do Hospital

Plan 5||This place has impressed me.|I hope I can touch you by how astonished I was.||First of all, I'd like to let you know that this place is a village. People who live in big cities and had never been to an European village won't understand what it is like.||If you have urban necessities that you can't live without, take them with you. Otherwise, surrender yourself to this place. ||A very creative, modern, bold inserted in a cozy village. We had internet and other necessities from big centers, but here's a place to relax or turn yourself off of the routine. ||The managers are a very sympathetic and caring Dutch couple.||The idea was to visit Piodão and that's why we've chosen a place near by to spend the night. What a satisfaction!||At a low cost, some comfort, a practical architectural proposal, a sympathetic and effective staff.||Do you want to rest?! That's the place. ||Even if it's just to have a nicer day.||I've traveled a lot through cites and I've stayed at every type of accommodation, but there's nothing like this place.||Simplifying, to be honest, I'd like to live here, because outside is 10ºC and at Plano 5 there's ...||Plano 5 - a different flavor that you try;|A usual love that you feel;|A new heat that...

We were at Plano5 for 2 nights early this March and the first impressions were great, remote location (which was great for some peace and quiet), amazing view, great decor (a mix of industrial with rustic) and a nice staff that gave us great service. The food on the pub was really quite tasty and we couldn't ask more on the breakfast. Only issues we had were on the rooms... the first room had no bathroom door (!!!) Unaware of this at the time of the reservation I spoke to the staff and was told that this happened by owners choice (apparently Plano5 is managed by Dutch owners and according to the staff this is usual on the Netherlands... not true). Still, they have accepted my request to change us to a vacant room with a bathroom door "included", in this room the main issue was that one the walls was pretty much a massive window, it had blinders on, but it still allowed for a good amount of light in the morning which made slapping late a bit difficult. Nevertheless both rooms had a good size, beds were really comfortable, decor was great and the Wi-Fi speed was incredible! All and all a really good experience.. if you don't mind curves on the road I really suggest Plano5 for a getaway on...

Fantastic place to stay and dine! Amazing location in mountains, easy access, place to park car. We arrived in evening, were greeted and checked in quickly and were shown our room. Had a very pleasant surprise when we entered the room - stylish, warm and clean room with comfy bed and crisp white sheets, amazing views from bedroom over the valley and hills. Lovely bathroom with double shower and very nice toiletries. All freshly refurbished, made to perfection. |We went for dinner and had pleasant discovery of tasteful meal at very affordable prices and outstanding service. Our host was Nelson - he made us feel very welcome and was very professional yet friendly. In morning we had amazing breakfast with stunning views from our table. Delicious honey and jams were provided by local farmers. We enjoyed delicious coffee after our breakfast on the terrace listening to amazing music by Madeleine Peyroux.
