The hotel seems to be calm. On arrival, everything went well. We were warmly received but during our stay, a perfectly normal incident occurred that escalated and took on unnecessary proportions because the hotel didn't have valid emergency contacts. It is very neat when everything goes well but this is a reminder if anything goes wrong or in case of need, you're on your own.||FYI:|The fire alarm went off around 5am and no one from the hotel showed up to take action so, we got up and went to the safety rally point as shown on the emergency board.||We called and re-called the so called "emergency number" available on the emergency board and no one ever answered. We were forced to call the fire fighters whom, on arrival checked if everyone was alright. They went inside and checked that it was a false alarm because no fire was burning but still they could't enter because the fire central was unreachable (inside the building). Almost at 6, one of the firemen finnaly got an answer from the general hotel number (which we also had unsuccessfully tried) and the responsible said she had taken some pills and she had fallen asleep deeply.||At 6:30 ish, the employees stared showing up for work and the responsible person also appeared unpolitelly asking to their guests : "What have you done?!"|We found it unacceptable because on the first hand, "We're sorry for what happend" is the answer that we were expecting from the manager.||There was NEVER no formal apology for what had happened, the hotel keeps working as if nothing had happend. They have my email address and they haven't even sent me a message just saying : "We're sorry for what happend".||We're not mad about the alarm sounding at 5 a.m. It did its jobs. We're just mad about the hotel behavior and the guest management regarding this...

Read moreOra para a experiência que tive tinha lido alguns comentários que me deixaram um pouco receoso ,mas fui na mesma para tirar as minhas conclusões,ora então começando check-in previsto para as 14:00 cheguei às 15:15 (visto estar um tempo bom para aproveitar a piscina) chegada a recepção e não havia ninguém para receber os clientes, estando já dois casais a espera um deles com crianças , quando chegou a minha vez disseram me que o quarto não estava pronto disseram que demoraria a volta de 30 minutos ok vamos lá esperar ,outro casais também já esperavam .... Passados os ditos 30 minutos lá fui a recepção e já havia o meu quarto ,a assistente lá me levou ao meu quarto e tudo ok ,entrei e verifiquei que estava tudo ok quarto limpo e a cheirar bem e com o A/C ligado fresco e limpo ,instalei me e toquei de roupa para ir aproveitar a piscina já por volta das 16:15h chegada a piscina ,bastantes pessoas e uma piscina que nas fotografias parecia bastante grande era pequenita para tantas pessoas ,lá arranjei um cantinho para me acomodar ,e entrar na água ,água essa de boa qualidade e desinfetada pelo menos cloro tinha pois cheirava vamos dar um mergulho e aproveitar o resto da tarde ,a piscina não estava nas melhores condições em termos de estrutura tem fendas e sítios onde não tem tinta (precisa de uma reparação) mas deu para aproveitar a água estava top, fim do dia já por volta das 20:00h hora de ir tomar um duche e preparar para o jantar ,talvez por ser hora de mais gente a tomar banho a água do chuveiro tinha muito pouca pressão mas deu para tomar um duche rápido ,alguns pormenores a rever nas portas do chuveiro pois fechavam muito mal e até pareciam partidas ou fora do sítio pois na parte inferior não encostava e deixam passar água para fora . Mais tarde ora de ir dormir cama top colchão e almofada assim como toda a roupa de cama impecável dormi muito bem gostei bastante desta parte.... Ora de acordar e (tinha escolhido previamente o horário do pequeno almoço obrigatório no check in) coisa que não gostei muito pois não queria ter uma hora para acordar , mas lá escolhi entre as 8:00h e as 8:45h ....Hora de ir tomar o pequeno almoço parte que também estava tudo impecável mega variedades pão top e ainda quentinho nada a apontar nesta parte. A hora de chek-out era até às 11:00h fui dar uma caminhada junto ao rio Lima para volta antes das 11:00h para entregar o quarto e voltar para casa ao fazer o meu chek-out e sabia que teria uma taxa para pagar visto ser uma altura do ano de mais afluência ... E os preços não serem iguais ao da época baixa.... Não sabia era que me iam cobrar esse valor a volta dos 21€ por ter esperado por um quarto que me foi disponibilizado mais de 30 minutos depois de eu chegar ao hotel não foi uma coisa que me caio bem mas nem sequer reclamei na hora mas vim a pensar no assunto para casa .... No global não posso dizer que tenha sido mau mau mas para a classificação que tem ,há pontod fulcrais que tem que ser muito...
