Cafeteria style food and interior. Food was okay but tepid at best. Vegetables mentioned on the menu were sprouts, but we got spinach instead. Friendly waiter, but we were placed at the side of the car park instead of the window with the view (in an empty restaurant). Prices are okay but too high for the quality in my opinion. The rooms are ok. Clean, with nice bathroom. Not trendy, but not old. ||The views are amazing! All over Seia and the mountains. The quiet in the area is great.||One problem, the restaurant isn't always open, so if you are arriving late ask first if you'll have food available. Na realidade a estadia foi 5 estrelas. A simpatia dos funcionários, desde o primeiro contacto telefónico até ao check-out foi o ponto forte. As instalações além de confortáveis, merecem tambem nota 5 no que toca a limpeza. O grande problema surgiu na hora de fazer contas. Depois de ter adquirido um pack ( pacote carnaval 1 noite) onde se incluía jantar com bebidas incluídas, eis que me é apresentada uma conta onde se somavam ao preço do pack, as bebidas do jantar e os cafés. Justificavam que o preço do vinho servido, que ate foi sugerido pelo chefe de sala, e apresentado como um vinho reserva da casa, não fazia parte do pack e que os cafés são considerados "digestivos". Mas continuavam na conta, uma água e uma frize. Após a apresentação do meu desagrado, foram retirados da conta, em jeito de favor, os cafés e as aguas. Pergunto: A sala não deveria ter, no minimo, a informação de cada mesa? Como não tenho muita paciência para este tipo de coisas, ficou mesmo assim. Com a certeza que...
