I actually had a good stay until at 8am in the morning I messaged to ask for a heater for the bathroom as I was cold all night with a small heater in the room so I did not want to freeze whilst I had a shower. It was 7°outside. The owner said he could not help me, I said ok be like that and he closed the door and left, in the meantime I said to myself aloud "A RUDE COMMENT". He heard me and came back in screaming I was rude, I only paid €39 for the night and had the place to myself. I told him I was not talking to him but to myself but I apologise. Minutes later he came back with his raging wife screaming at me, going in my room and saying I must leave. She was so aggressive that he pushed her out and away from me. I put my small heater in the shower and 30minutes later after hearing the 2 of them arguing upstairs, he came down again, took the heater and asked me to leave now. Again threatening and very rude. I was scared but I said first I will have a shower then I will leave. I have never ever felt threatened like this in my own room. He said I was in his house, yes he decided to rent a room in his house, he decided to charge €39 for the room, it was not my fault I was the only guest. I had my shower and left shaking and terrified.||I went to my car and he followed me saying I must not mention his wife, she spent all day with a humidifier getting my room ready. Is this my problem. I called booking.com to complain. He also cancelled my booking so I could not write a review. Booking.com came back saying he does not agree with what I said. I told them everything even that I had said been rude with a vulgar and rude comment(to myself aloud) and apologised. I have travelled extensively and worked in tourism for 20 years NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN MISTREATED LIKE THIS. SHAME ON YOU YOU ARE NOT FIT TO BE A HOTELIER. Your wife is a ticking time bomb. Read moreLa peor situacion que me ha pasado nunca. Sobre las 18horas nos recibe un señor. No me pide DNI (ID card) ni me hace identificarme y tras una conversacion muy amena( en perfecto español por ambas partes) le explicamos que nos vamos a ir a visitar un lugar y el nos indica que estamos solos en la planta y nos dice donde se encuentra la habitacion ( no la vemos con el) y una cocina; NUNCA nos enseña el baño compartido del alojamiento. Tras dejarnos vemos la habitacion la cual vimos por alto que estaba bien y al irnos, encendimos la luz del baño para confirmar que era esa sala y ver como era. no examinamos a fondo ni habitacion ni baño. tras 3 horas visitando una ciudad, me llama el señor( a las 21:00 mas o menos) hablandome portugues y muy rapido explicandome que habia una queja por la ñimpieza del baño y que solo podiamos ser nosotros pues solo estabamos alojados nosotros alli. le explico que no usamos el baño y sigue culpandonos y diciendonos que se va a anullar la reserva, que el no puede permitir eso. Le insisto en nuestra inocencia, le recuerdo que no me ha pedido mi ID card y le pido hablar despacio para entenderle mejor y entonces, en ese momento pasa a decirme en perfecto español que para arreglar va a cancelar en booking la reserva, y que como es mi palabra contra la del otro , que no puede saber quien es el culpable y que me deja alojarme alli pagandole en efectivo. tras acordar, le indico que llego en media hora y acordamos que le envie un sms avisandole para vernos y hablar. no responde a 2 SMS. no responde a 2 llamadas. tras tratar con booking mi cancelacion de reserva, le dejo las llaves en el buzon y me voy rapido a buscar un hotel (son ya las 22:30) para no quedarme en la calle. tengo fotos, tengo videos y hablare con booking para que esta persona no siga haciendo estas cosas. no se si es por valoraciones o por evadir impuestos, pero esto no se hace a nadie. y por lo que veo, ademas de haber tenido mas problemas graves, veo que su respuesta es hacerse el loco, pero yo tengo videos de la habitacion, fotos y las conversaciones grabadas. no suelo hacer esto. viajo mucho y entiendo que por 40 euros no puedes exigir comodidades de rey, pero esto es...
