Residential Patio Da Figueira — Hotel in Torres Vedras

We booked this thinking it was in Torres Vedras town, which it isn't; however, while slightly remote (wouldn't particularly recommend without a car) was a great place to stay for the price. Set in a peaceful patch of land, nice little swimming pool behind the hotel. The rooms were fine, if slightly odd - one looked like a Canadian log-cabin, bizarre (but in a good way, I think). Decent selection of non-Portuguese tv channels, very comfy bed, and absolute peace and quiet overnight, wonderful. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, although fresh strawberries a nice touch. A decent option for those with a car around the area; if you do stay here, consider the Tras d'Orelha restaurant just down the road...

Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful surroundings. The pool is quite usable, also for small kids. The room was too small for 3 of us (parents +9 year old kid).
