As other reviews stated - a fantastic one-star, small hotel. No lift, very cheap. N.B. - if you are staying in Viana do Castelo get a taxi from Viana to this location (less than 10 Euro) because it is a good distance outside Viana - the A Ponte bit refers to a little bridge beside the hotel not the big bridge in Viana! The owner does not supply dinner but guided us to a bar/restaurant about 10 mins walk from the hotel - again very||cheap but pleasant. I would definitely recommend it for...

Excellent service! Highly recommended. The owner was friendly and helpful and the experience was very positive. The bar service was great, the food was well served and fairly priced. He pasado allí el fin de semana (Sábado a Domingo), esperaba algo más discreto pues se trataba de un hotel de una estrella.

La realidad es diferente, las habitaciones son grandes, cómodas y decoradas con gusto.

Tiene una terraza con una vista preciosa (Naturaleza, el pueblo, vistas a la ciudad y la bajada de un río que le dan un toque único.)

Sin duda, lo más destacable es la atención que prestan al huesped, desde que llegas a recepción, pudimos escoger entre varias habitaciones disponibles, contestaron concienzudamente a cada una de las muchas preguntas que teníamos sobre el pueblo y nos dieron un plano de la ciudad, que nos resultó de vital importancia, para poder guiarnos y organizar (dentro de la improvisación) un poco más el viaje. (Salimos un poco más tarde de la hora límite, y no hubo ningún problema).
