Monte do Forno — Hotel in Vila Real de Santo António

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property for 3 nights from the 13/06/17 to the 16/06/17. ||We drove down from Albuferia which took around an hour or so. When you come off the main motorway it is around 15 mins until you reach the property. One important thing is don't let the rough road leading to the property put you off, once you get to the top you will have a lovely surprise. The roads around the area are easy to manage and it is around a 15 min drive to the nearest supermarket. Beach is around a the same time. ||We was met by Agonsthino and oflelia on check in. A real nice couple, who you can tell take pride in their property. We were given a tour of the place, shown the room, the communal kitchen and then taken to our room. Everything was spotless and neat and tidy. ||The room - can't remember the name of it but it was a twin room located at the end of the corridor before the big room at the very end of the corridor, I think it was called he green room previously? Again was spotlessly clean, had great air con, grand television, a huge bathroom and bedroom. Working fridge and two wardrobes. Important to state the size of the rooms and the views of the countryside are breathtaking. ||The pool - again spotlessly clean, agonstinho says that he cleans it every day and it looks that way too. It is so peaceful there, all you can hear is silence. It would be the perfect for someone who wants to escape the pressures of their job. The pool area has comfortable sun lounges and even kids armband should they need it. There is a big patio area which also adds style to the ambience. ||Breakfast - everything is left out and you help yourself. There is bread with a toaster, hot drinks, cold meats and yogurts. Again very good and the area is spotlessly clean, you can tell they take pride in their work. ||Thank you for a great stay and will definitely return some day. ||You won't regret staying here - but a rental car...

Most beautiful place we ever been to! Lovely hosts Agostinho and Ofelia that were really helpful with everything.. They made our stay even more beautiful. Luxury and nicely served breakfast including homemade orange juice and cheeses, that was top on the top :) Amazingly clean and nice rooms with very comfy beds. Shared kitchen was well equipped and there was coffee machine for free usage. Pool and terrace with wonderul view, watching sunrise and sunset on one spot, that was true beauty! Wish we could stay longer! But we will come back one day again. This place is also very quiet and and its the last building on the road, so none is passing around and disrupt the quiet place. Ofélia e sua fiel amiga a Pinkie!|A casa destinada aos hóspedes é constituída por uma sala e cozinha comum aos 4 quartos da habitação. |O quarto que nos foi destinado era adorável 😊 super confortável, espaçoso, bem decorado e com todas as comodidades que necessitamos!|Cama super confortável e almofadas a condizer.|Tínhamos ainda acesso à piscina que fica localizada num local com uma vista fantástica sobre os montes e que se estende até ao mar!|O pequeno almoço era servido na cozinha onde o Sr. Agostinho tinha todos os cuidados para sairmos satisfeitos 😊|Sumo de laranja natural, pãozinho quente delicioso, queijo fresco, frutas e doces caseiros feitos pela D. Ofélia que eram uma delícia!!! Já para não falar dos outros mimos que a nossa anfitriã preparava que vou deixar como surpresa 😁 que eram de comer e chorar por mais! Obrigada D.
