Just wrapped up what must be my 6th or 7th stay at Fuwairet Kite Beach — and as always, it remains my favorite getaway spot. A true hidden gem in Qatar, offering serenity, beautiful surroundings, and genuinely warm hospitality.
I want to give a heartfelt thank you to some of the amazing staff who consistently go above and beyond: • From reception: Sazem, Othman, and the friendly Tunisian gentleman on the night shift — all incredibly helpful and welcoming. • From the restaurant: Akmed and Mohamed (the Moroccan gentleman), who were attentive and kind throughout. • And the pool team — always ready to assist with a smile.
The check-in process was smooth, and the room was kindly upgraded. Our luggage was delivered while we enjoyed lunch — a very thoughtful touch.
As a regular guest, I’d also like to share some constructive feedback to help improve the experience even more: • The club sandwich I ordered during lunch was too salty — I couldn’t finish it. A slight adjustment in seasoning would go a long way. • Our sea view room was gorgeous, but there were some maintenance issues: the outdoor shower switch was broken, and there were signs of moisture damage in the bathroom, as well as visible paint cracks outside. • The paths between rooms were more sand-covered than usual — even though there were no sandstorms over the weekend. Also, the sink in the outdoor showers was clogged, so sand wasn’t draining, making it easy to carry it back into the room. • The Arabic translation in the beverage menu could use improvement — several translation errors stood out and felt like direct machine translation. A review by a fluent speaker would make a big difference. • We had one actual issue during the stay: a noise complaint due to neighboring guests playing loud music from 6 PM until midnight. Thankfully, the front office team stepped in and managed to reduce the volume — much appreciated. • A small suggestion: it would be great if pool towels were available before 8 AM for early swimmers or beachgoers.
On a positive note, breakfast is always a pleasant experience — the selection, while not huge, covers all tastes and preferences. The service team at breakfast is amazing, attentive, and friendly. It would be nice, though, to see decaf coffee and milk alternatives clearly offered.
Lastly, I’ve always appreciated seeing Mr. Krishinta, the GM, around during breakfast, chatting with guests — it gives a personal and caring touch that sets this place apart.
Looking forward to returning again soon — thank you for always making each stay...

Read more⭐ Disappointed by the Restaurant Manager’s Behavior Despite a Pleasant Stay
The reception staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Mr. Pandu made sure we had everything we needed during check-in and gave us a great first impression of the hotel. We had booked a full-board package, so breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in our stay.
However, our dining experience was very disappointing because of the restaurant manager, Mr. Mohammed. During every meal — breakfast, lunch, and even the next day’s breakfast — he went to every table, greeting and speaking to all the guests except ours. We kept observing this and it was very clear that we were deliberately being ignored. All the other guests were Arabs or foreigners, and it genuinely felt like this behavior was because of our nationality.
This is not what we expect from a Hilton property, especially in Qatar, where all guests are usually treated equally and with great hospitality regardless of where they come from.
On our last day, while I was picking food from the breakfast buffet, Mr. Mohammed finally came over and said something to us — but by then, we were too upset to respond. The rest of the restaurant staff, both men and women, were extremely polite, friendly, and respectful. Since we stayed for two nights, they recognized us and made us feel welcome.
The rooms and property are beautiful, and the reception team did a wonderful job. But the behavior of Mr. Mohammed really spoiled our overall experience. We were celebrating our birthdays and had chosen Hilton for a special staycation, but unfortunately, because of this experience, we wouldn’t want to return to this...
