Casa de Piatră — Hotel in Șcheia

The hotel is placed near the exit of the city of Suceava towards Scheia right next to the road and therefor there is a lot of noise due to lots of cars passing by day and night.The hotel is relatively clean and the restaurant is having some diversity of local dishes but the services are not so great.Also in the wedding season there can be noisy and you can find yourself with no parking slot as there will be lots of cars there are few parking spaces(there are not enough parking slots for all the rooms).The stuff is trying to be nice but unfortunately they are not helpful cause they are not familiar with the area and cannot provide any valuable information regarding the city of Suceava or any other place you can visit near by.There is no map or anything else with tourist attractions that can be visit in the area and stuff cannot help you with any info regarding this.Also please keep in my mind when you are thinking about booking a room at this hotel for more than one night that they are not cleaning your room or take your garbage if you don't leave the key at the reception.Also you can have the surprise when you return that your key is not at the reception .You can find it in the door and most unpleasant the door is wide opened and your luggage is at plane sight.When we complained about this they say that this is their custom which...

We stayed for one night. It was very good for what we needed. Room was large and clean and so the bathroom. Nice people at the reception. The view was to the road, but the noise was not a problem after we closed the window. Breakfast "a la carte" (not included) was very tasty. Free parking...
