Hotel Axa — Hotel in Șpring

I bought AXA travel insurance I put a claim in on arriving home as the apartment was not fit for purpose.|It was dirty unkept in bad condition. Plus not mobility friendly and lots of building work ongoing which we were not told about. Axa have declined our claim saying they do not accept claims for our enjoyment. Wat a load of rubbish. The apartment was not fit for anyone other people complained also.and were compensated. Been there for lunch. Just transiting the area. The place seem really quiet, not many people in. The host was really nice and friendly. I have ordered a soup, which is a traditional soup in the area.
