Me and my friend we booked separately one room each, two months ago, back in June. We picked this place because it says that is offers parking ans it mentions it is pet friendly, those two being the main requests for us. We travelled by car almost 600 km and when we arrived, we noticed that there was a wedding there and the parking lot was full. We parked our cars in front of somebody's yard and we decided to enter the hotel to discuss about the situation. When we entered, we asked about the parking situation and we were told to "park your car in front of somebody's else and leave a phone number so we can call you when that car wants to leave". We were planning on traveling to the city center by taxi or an Uber, so we wouldn't be around to move our cars for a few hours. When we told this to the front desk lady, she laughed at us mentioning that we don't need parking in this case.
After this, we were told that my friend's booking was not found in the system and that he basically couldn't get a room. The front desk lady said that the booking was registered by an ex-employee and that he messed up (I don't know why that our problem).
We decided to leave because it was clear that neither me or my friend were welcomed there. It is sad and annoying that we had to go through this experience as we were really looking forward to this staying. The desk employee had an awful attitude towards us and she didn't tried to do anything to help us. She didn't care about the situation at all.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are way better...

I booked this room for over 2 months and had to drove 600km for this stay but in the mean time the host organized some sort of weeding at the location and you were unable to stay at the location with all the noise. Beside this, the host guaranteed us parking at the location but there was no parking lot left and with a car with aproximate value of 50k euros I didn't wanted to leave my car in the street. The receptionist said "block another car with your car and leave me your phone number and I will call you in case of someone will want to leave the weeding" This is unacceptable for a host with guaranteed parking to say. I've told her that I would want to leave the property to visit the city and I would be unable to leave my phone number and to risk my car and she said "why do you need a parking lot if you want to go to the center". This was not her business what I want to do in my vacation and why I need a parking lot.
Beside this, they have lost my appointment due to some ex employee that didn't managed my reservation right. I had to drove 600km back because of this because I was unable to schedule something else for the same period. I asked politely to free cancel my appointment due to bad living conditions and they still wanted to charge me the 43 euros untill I called booking to resolve the issue.
It was my worst city brake in my 100 bookings. I don't recommend ...
Read moreWe've been there during organised trip with Rainbow Tours. Rooms are clean, fresh towels and bedclothes. So why 1 star only? Rude staff, exactly one young guy. We asked in front of our guide whether we could order a meal additionally because we were exhausted after journey. He replied "no problem but after your group eat" (They've got reservation). So we wait patiently, and after served dinner we tried to order meal and he said "i don't care, you are not gonna eat". So we have to walk to the closest shop buy sth and well thats was our first night in Romania. The next day during breakfast the same guy act very rude (even pushed the old lady) because she sat at table which was assigned to other group even witohout saying something. So that what happens when you've got contract with travel agency and you don't care about your guests. By the way Romania has still a lot to offer: landscapes, culture, traditional food, amazing palaces and castles but keep in mind that you can choose another hotel...
