PERLA ARIEŞULUI — Hotel in Albac

It was OK-ish.||The name "Perla" = "Pearl" is a bit overreacted (perhaps it was a pearl when it was built/renovated, but time and tourists have left their marks).||||Good: Nice location.||Bad: Keep in mind that an 80km drive around the location translates into 2h / 2.5h.||||Good: Plenty of parking spaces.||Good: The personnel was nice, helpful and pleasant. Kudos!!!!||Good: We could pay using vacation vouchers.||Bad: There is no fixed-price vacation package - this could be improved. Personnel could be more interactive, make you feel more like at home - it's so easy to do. Screw that cigarette break and just make a joke with the customers, or ask them how their day was, or what they have visited.||||Good: The "leisure" area.||Bad: The zipline activity is the "not today, tomorrow" kind. And when finally those in charge with the activity bothered to come, only the kids could benefit from the activity, and only 3-4 turns: TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING!!!||||Good: The have a restaurant.||Bad: The food seemed to have been bought from the supermarket, blunt and expensive.||||Good: There were rooms with beds where one could sleep in and the outside terrace was great!||Bad: Sewage smell in all the rooms, no carpets on the floor (that's only on the presentation photos), warm water was a lottery, windows didn't shut properly and the curtains were a mess, dripping water from the roof onto the terrace's umbrellas was a Chinese drop during the night.||||Things can definitely be improved. Probably the children in camps hosted on site have left their savage marks on the furniture.||All in all, it's a good place to sleep in at a decent price, but the conditions could clearly be improved... and if local products at air prices can be introduced in the menu, than the place could get a more warm and cosy feeling.||I really loved the location, but unfortunately, In the current conditions, I wouldn't spend a second vacation there if I had other alternatives. Locația se afla In centrul localității, camerele diferă ca dimensiune , în general spațiose , cu sau fara balcon , parțial curate cu probleme multiple la instalațiile sanitare , mobilier cu plusuri si minusuri. Cel mai mare neajuns , încă de la sosire , a fost lipsa apei calde care s-a prelungit până la plecare . După repetate discuții cu proprietarul (care a considerat că apa la 35° in luna decembrie este mai mult decât suficient ) am reusit sa facem dus decent in ultima seara .

Pachetul de Crăciun, achiziționat de grupul nostru, conținea pensiune completa , masa festivă si băuturi alcoolice , sucuri si cafea fara limita . Nu mică ne-a fost surpriza , cand , în seara festivă de Crăciun, am fost taxați pt cafea (nefiind o pură întâmplare, alte persoane cu același regim , au plătit vinul ). După alte discutii , ne-au fost inapoiati banii , iar cand am pus problema decenței și respectării ofertei , ni s-a raspuns "Dar ce , nu sunteti mulțumiți? Ati primit banii! S-a rezolvat!". Sucurile au fost prezente la cina festivă de Crăciun, (însemnând 2l prigat +1.25l pepsi pt 9 persoane) iar în restul zilelor a trebuit să ne rugăm de ei sa ne aduca o sticlă de suc de 2l pt copii. Domnul Claudiu (proprietarul) a avut o atitudine ofensiva si irascibila , dialogul dintre ambele părți transformandu-se in conflict. Ne-a reproșat pana si faptul, ca noi , oaspeții, l-am deranjat pe dumnealui , gazda sa aduca POS-ul sa ne achităm sejurul . Mentionez ca nu noi am ales data plății, dar nu am inteles cum poti fi deranjat cand un client dorește să plătească. În concluzie, NU RECOMAND !!!!!

Departe de tot ceea ce ai crede că înseamnă un sejur Tradițional de Craciun in...
