Lory — Hotel in Alexandru cel Bun

This pension is outside the town but that was the reason for booking. It's in a quiet street on the edge of a channel of water where fishermen fish each day and a few cows wonder down the street in the evening. Petronella made us most welcome along with her much loved dog, poofy. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with cold meats, eggs and toast, though it would have been nice if the toast was warm. To find the pension is not a problem as there is a sign on the main road, 15, you have to cross the railway line and the canal. After crossing you will come to a v in the road. Take the right hand road. Follow to the church at a T junction and turn left. Keep going about 1 -2 kl and the road to the pension is on the left after a church. There is a sign. We enjoyed our 3...

Beautiful location, friendly hosts, comfortable rooms and relaxing swimming pool. Right from the start, the customer service was excellent. The rooms are very clean and spacious and equipped with fridges, TV, free Wi-Fi, safety box and extra blankets. We really enjoyed a good night sleep on comfortable beds completed by an eerie and peaceful silence. The bathrooms are modern, the showers have body massage jets and overhead rainfall shower head, plenty toiletries and a hair dryer. There is an excellent restaurant, barbeque, bar, beautiful garden and a lovely, clean swimming pool with a stunning view over the mountains.||I highly recommend this location, we will surely...

Ruhig gelegen, an einer Sackgasse, idyllisch am Fluss Bistriza, wurden wir von der sehr freundlichen Pensions-Betreiberin empfangen. Die Sprachbarriere haben wir mit etwas rumänisch, italienisch und ein paar Wörtern Englisch überwinden können. Die Besitzerin spricht kein Englisch, dafür aber hervorragend italienisch. Das Gebäude befindet sich in einem einwandfreien Neubau Zustand. Unser Zimmer war einfach, aber kuschelig. Es gab nur ein kleines Dachfenster, die schlechte Isolation machte es bei der Sommerhitze fast schon unerträglich warm. Hier wäre ein Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage unbedingt erforderlich. Wir haben uns mit einem eigens organisierten Ventilator selbst aus geholfen. Die lauen Sommerabende konnten wir romantisch auf dem großen Balkon verbringen. |Das Bad hatte eine hochtechnisierte Dusche, - welche jedoch nur sehr spärlich Wasser heraus ließ. Sonst war alles perfekt und sauber.|Das sehr gute, reichhaltige, frische Frühstück war obendrein auch noch sehr günstig. Sonderwünsche wurden nach Möglichkeit immer berücksichtigt. Der sonnige Pool war fast perfekt. Leider fehlten Auflagen auf den Liegen, und Sonnenschirme hätten wir uns auch gewünscht. Die wunderschöne Idylle am Haus und am Pool wurde regelmäßig von auswärts Pool gestern ein wenig gestört.|Ein idealer Ort zum Relaxen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Erkundigungen rund um Piatra Neamt, den Bergen und den Seen. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, dann würden wir ohne zu zögern diese Pension...
