I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grant Hotel Boutique in Arad, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the hotel. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful in welcoming us very late at night. We loved the possibility to use the warm pool and the aperol spritz, after a long day of driving. Giving only 3 stars as we were very uncomfortable by the fact that nobody was wearing a mask inside the hotel, not even during breakfast, people were coughing at tables, then serving themselves from the buffet and so on. When we inquired about the rules on the inside, we learned that management does not feel it’s necessary to ask for the green pass or to ask employees and guests to wear masks. While we want for things to get back to normal as much as the next person, having traveled in countries with higher vaccination rates than RO (Italy, Belgium, France) and seeing how measures are respected there, this ignorance made us feel extremely...

We have stayed at Grand Boutique Hotel in Arad on 2 occasions. Both bookings done over the phone just a couple of hours before arrival and one with an extremely late arrival. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big big thank you to the hotel staff whom have been more than accommodating, meeting all our needs, sometimes before we even expressed it and extremely welcoming. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. The food absolutely delicious with the kitchen being open until late at night. The outdoor pool with jacuzzi was a delight, towels being provided.
