Pensiunea Mystique Arad — Hotel in Arad

Be careful with this hotel.They are absolutely not friendly to dogs. At the beginning when I make reservation they didn’t asked money for dogs and didn’t tell which price We need to pay for each dog, but when we come they asked 50 euro more. They told that our dogs make mess even they did nothing in room. We had 3 dogs in one room and one dog in another room. They sent us a photo of cleaning the rooms when we had already left even the one where one little Pomeranian lived with owner. It was not allowed to eat in room and they looking what you bring to your!!! room number. You must go down and sit only there. Without permission, they entered the room not for cleaning, but to pick up extra pillows when we check in. And check if the dog did anything in the room.

I think the owners only don’t understand what is dogs and what is dog friendly hotel. It can make your vacation very bad, sadly. We travel a lot around all Europe and never had this problems. And we have calm dogs who lived with us inside the house. In another room was 2 corgi and 1 female...

I would start by saying that the host is incredible. Extremely friendly, welcoming, and all-round good. We arrived at a really late hour and everything was prepared for us, I got a really good feeling that in that place, there is no problem without answer and fast delivery.

Proff of this is the fact that you can actually order whatever you want and they will make sure to cook exactly that.

The whole building are made in style, look really good and it gets a modern, fresh, and familiar design. The room itself was cozy, everything clean, and really warm. Everything was really nice. Had a really good sleep.

The neighbourhood is also very calming, you get on the balcony and you will have silence. A really good retreat.

I would go there again next...

Excellent staff and hotel. My family stopped over that place for a night while travelling to another country. They met very warm hospitality and service, help from the owner and guidance for travelling. Very good people helped to my family in their jorney.
