Pensiunea Roua — Hotel in Arad

We stayed here on our way to the UK. From the moment we checked in we’ve noticed the warm welcome. We were properly told how to get to our room and were offered breakfast (unfortunately we couldn’t have it because we left at 5am).|The apartment we booked was amazing, very clean and had all the things you would need for your stay.|The restaurant was closed due to the pandemic but the lady at the reception was more than glad to offer alternatives and call a taxi for us to go to the city centre.||I recommend staying at this property even if it is further away from the centre. Stopped for one night bed and breakfast on our way to Le Mans. The guy on reception had nothing to say and having taken our money didn't offer any receipt. We were given a very noisy twin bedded room at the front of the building. Had to close the windows to keep the noise out. Beds were ok, bathroom acceptable and adequate. Breakfast was without choice - a small omelette, one tomatoe, a piece of ham and a piece of cheese. I had to ask for more coffee and it was obvious that only one cup was allowed but I...

Ajunsi seara in tara de la drum am cautat cazare si am gasit aceasta locatie, nu o recomand deloc nu din lipsa de igiena ci din lipsa de profesionalism.

1 - Am cerut plata cu cardul, din care cel de la receptie a spus ca nu se poate si sa ne imprumutam unul la altul si ne descurcam noi dupa intre noi pt ca el vrea cash

2 - Site'ul lor scrie TOATE camerele sunt prevazute cu BALCON, total fals camera in care am fost cazati nu avea balcon + prizele suspendate pe perete la inaltime ceea ce este total impracticabil pt telefon

3 - Am fost aproape certat de cel de la receptie pt singurul fapt ca mi'am permis sa pun o intrebare in legatura cu faptul ca masina s'a parcat afara la cererea lui din lipsa de locuri : EU : ok parcam afara dar sunteti sigur ca nu se umbla la masina pentru ca avem bagaje la vedere. EL: Cine sa umble ? daca nu stii numai vorbii da? , de parca am fii in masura sa ne tragem de sireturi unul cu altul.

4 - Paturile sunt super mici, camera dubla matrimoniala dormi inghesuit si in cel mai rau caz ai pat separat de o singura persoana

5 - Dimineata a trebuit sa ne rugam de ei pt a putea beneficia de 4 cafele contra cost binenteles, din care am fost avertizati ca nu se fac cafele la comanda doar la mic dejun.

6 - Locatie de 3 stele care propune un sapun minuscul

7 - Pernele lasa de dorit ( zici ca sunt umplute cu bucati de lana separate ), lenjeria este foarte ciudata te zgarie la piele o simti rigida-tare genul apretat

Nu sunt genul sa am pretentii la cazare cand sunt obosit sau cand sunt in transit dar nu suport...
