Pensiunea Amonte — Hotel in Avrig

This was a true surprise. It exceeded our expectation. It's situated a 4 minutes drive away from Brambura Park. We've spent a night in august and we found a beautiful and modern place. We had a huge studio with the biggest balcony ever. The hotel is extremely quiet, situated near the Avrig River - you can hear the beautiful sound of the river flowing by. The room was awesomely decorated and the bed was confortable. The bathroom was beautiful and had quality amenities. The mobile network signal și scarce but they have strong wifi. They have a big restaurant and terrace - you can serve drinks there. At the time, they didn't provide a la cart menu but they did prepare delicious and huge portions of pasta - I had carbonara, my wife had penne with salmon. The breakfast was good, with two types of eggs, sausages, cheese platter and vegetables. It was not included in the price of the room and we paid it separately. It was worthed. Excellent accommodation. Stayed there for 3 nights during an exhausting e-bike race and could find the best condition to properly relax and recover. If you leave your balcony door open you will hear the river gently flowing. Breakfast was excellent while you can spend a cozy evening wit a glass of wine downstairs in the living room.
