This a very difficult review and I was so torn between the ratings but my rating is almost exclusively based on the pool, spa and the gulas. Their pool is great, you can actually swim a bit in it, the jacuzzi area is great and the sauna seems good as well. They are VERY hit or miss at every aspect. The food ranged from the best gulas I ever ate, to less than mediocre omelettes, to the worst frankfurters I ever ate in my life, they were like balloons filled with chicken pate. Finishings need to be redone, every detail is cracked or discolored or chipping, the drapes and towels are perma-stained, my sheet was ripped, slippers very low quality and I found a creepy crawler in the spa area. Their conference room is almost on point if they fix the projector situation. The girls on the staff seem swamped with the ammount of work, never once saw them smile, but they do their job as fast as possible when you're the only waiter there. Nice place for a family outing or some event but keep your expectations on the lower side.

Good things - Big rooms - host was kind enough to wash our clothes after a long and rainy hiking - food is pretty good, unfotuntely expensive - Nice building with a lot of services, but not all are working as expected Bad - windows don't have mosquito nets so a lot of insects gets in the room - staff is not so friendly, maybe because the accomodation is understaffed so there is too much work for a single waitress, especially on crowded weekends - restaurant menu is big but they didn't serve half of it - you have to beg the staff a couple of times in order to use the hot tubs, sauna - the prices in restaurant are too big - the accomodation is a little noisy because of wooden doors - we bought this because of breakfast buffet, but even with fully booked accomodation they didn't want to make the buffet so that the tourist buy food from the menu which was way expensive then 30lei(which was the breakfast included in room), but a meal + coffee and water was way higher than 30lei and you are stil hungry

Such amazing possibilities poorly realised. Advertised as 4* is really 3*. Staff is great complimenting an amazing location and (recently) a surprisingly good restaurant... but good things stop here. BAD spa, water was cold in the pool, kids could not stay in more than 2m. Unclean jacuzzi, the filtering system started way to rarely, water had a smell and both kids had red eye the same night. We had a 2 rooms apartment. Disappointment. Tiny bathroom, one small sink, took the 4 of us ages to sync-wash, leaky shower, old old fixtures. Very tired furniture, uncomfortable beds, old and raggedy towels half of which ripped on the sides. Tiniest TVs i've seen in 10yrs, 40cm/16in :) hilariously old.

We were there for a one day corporate event. The food was bad. It had no taste and was greasy. The ingredients used for cooking the food seem to be the cheapest possible, and yet the prices are high, in-spite of the terrible tasting food.||I had a look inside the kitchen and it looked messy, with the floor done in rough concrete, like a garage. The architecture of this place is rubbish, although the garden has a nice landscaping. They have a nice sports field, good for tennis, volleyball and small football.||Staff was unprofessional, yet friendly and did try to help us whenever we asked for something.||Near the gate we felt a strong sewage smell (it smelt like human feces). ||The owners were dishonest with us. We needed the place to ourselves. The day before they said there will be no other customers. The next day we had the unpleasant surprise of a double booking: a wedding on top of our event, plus a few other random customers mixing with our 100 participants. ||While we were there, just in front of the restaurant, a woman was attacked by a pack of very aggressive stray dogs. She was rescued by the other customers, but was in shock when her husband took her away. ||Overall this place is...

Horrible food. Not one meal of the 5 that I had there was cooked correctly. It left me with the impression that the so called 'chef' was some random guy off the street. The fish was raw, the vegetables were reheated and extremely oily. The soup was basically a watered down version of anything that resembles a soup. This 'chef' can't even cook a simple fried egg correctly, leaving them undercooked. Breakfast options are also very limited. Overall, after eating here I got a light food poisoning. The problems however do not stop at the food. The rooms, although seeming nice, are not cleaned properly. There is quite a lot of dust and the carpets are extremely dirty. The towels are basically rags. The mattress is absolutely horrible, and the sheets don't even match the size of the double bed. Neither does the provided blanket. The spa, although nice, could use a good cleaning. The seatings in the jacuzzis are almost slimey, and the water seems quite dirty. The sauna is ok though. I did not try the pool, but everyone complained that it was cold. Overall I would certainly not recommend this for...
