Pensiunea Alexa — Hotel in Bacău

They were really nice, no complaints about that. We went with a large group of children (80+), and they reassured us multiple times that they could host us and everything would be fine. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we arrived, they informed us that they only had a small summer kitchen in the backyard, where only 24 children could eat at a time. It took almost 3 hours for everyone to finish eating. By the time the last two groups sat down, the food was, of course, cold. In some of the rooms, there was no running water. When the boys in the upstairs room started showering, the water leaked through the ceiling into the girls' room below, so they had to stop showering altogether. Some of the beds had legs made from bricks with a piece of particle board (PFL) on top, covered with a mattress, that was considered a bed. The coat hangers were made from parquet panels with screws sticking out of them. I’ll stop here, because I literally can't list every horrible thing that place had to offer. DON'T GO THERE !! WORST EXPERIENCE I COULD HAVE smelly rooms, moldy towels, i first paid 6 days and i had to extend and they pretended and insisted i had paid only 5 days only to scam me into paying more, i asked for the ticket and didnt recieve, woke me up 5:45 in the morning pretending the room was flooded just as a stupid joke..as i said WORST...

Încep așa.. în primul rând abia așteptăm să treacă noaptea să putem pleca. A fost cel mai groaznic loc în care ne-am fi putut caza. Check-in-ul.. nici nu ni s-a cerut un buletin, să ne dea și nouă o hârtie ceva. Cheie la “camera” nu am avut, putea intra oricine, oricând acolo. Foarte neigienic, îți era scârbă și să te pui în pat, sau să calci pe jos, parchetul era groaznic de murdar și în baie era totul plin de rugină Locația… horror, atât. 4 paturi în cameră din care o singură pătură. La baie nu am avut hârtie igienică, nici prosop de mâini. Niște condiții… horror! A fost foarte frig toată noaptea, patul era pe arcuri și a fost groaznic de incomod. De la baie mirosea groaznic, nici geamul de la baie nu se putea deschide să aerisim. Ni s-au luat banii, și atât, nici cheie, nici bon fiscal, iar condiții.. jalnic. În poze arată ok, dar când ajungi acolo……. Ca să nu mai spunem ca era foarte ciudată curtea, te puteai...
