LaHuzur — Hotel in Balotești

Review:

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this location, which we chose for our child's party. Starting with the towels that had an unpleasant smell, and continuing with the numerous disturbances from staff who constantly intruded on us under the pretext of forgetting various items, the entire experience was far from pleasant.

A particularly unpleasant incident occurred in the morning when someone entered our room while we were sleeping, apologizing that they didn’t know anyone was there. This was extremely disturbing and showed a total lack of organization and respect for the guests' privacy.

Although we booked the entire location on Booking, we were shocked to discover that the owner had rented the tennis court to other people. This caused significant discomfort, as we had to share facilities we believed were exclusively ours.

To add insult to injury, we were charged extra to invite a few people to the party, even though they only stayed in the yard. This unjustified fee was the last straw in an already disastrous experience.

We strongly recommend avoiding this location if you want a successful and hassle-free party.

În primul rând, vreau să clarific că nu a fost o lipsă de onestitate din partea noastră. Dacă intenția noastră era să ascundem acest detaliu, am fi putut să o facem complet. A fost doar o neînțelegere.

Platforma Booking nu oferă opțiunea de a specifica petreceri sau evenimente private. Am închiriat casa integral, ceea ce ni s-a părut firesc și corect.

În regulile casei, pe care le-am acceptat și pe care le pot prezenta aici, nu este menționat nimic despre închirierea separată a terenurilor de tenis, așa cum ați specificat în comentariul de mai sus. De aceea, consider că dumneavoastră ați fost lipsită de onestitate.

De asemenea, modul în care nu ați respectat intimitatea noastră a fost lipsit de respect, în ciuda faptului că ora de check-out era 11:00. Doamna menajeră ne-a deranjat începând cu ora 08:00, intrând în camere și continuând cu diverse activități în și pe lângă casă, în timp ce noi ne făceam bagajele și luam micul dejun, sub privirile angajaților...

I gathered a group of friends from around the world to spend a few days visiting Bucharest and Valea Prahovei…We chose our home base at La Huzur and it was fantastic! Close to the airport, close to Therme and easy access to both the centre of Bucharest and going north towards Sinaia… We also organised a beautiful Romanian party with Cristina’s dedicated help and in between all the activities we were able to relax around the pool and even play some tennis!! We couldn’t have asked for more, definitely recommend La Huzur as both a party venue or relaxing stay in a very strategic location close to...

We have chosen this place for our wedding party from 3 other options and we are happy for the decision. We wanted something informal/ chil and this is exactly what we obtained. We have been allowed to decorate the day before, the yard as we planned, although it took us some hours, the pool was amasing, everything functionned, the grass very soft, allowed us to dance, our guests had an amasing surreal party! Everything was just like we dreamed to be.
