We had late lunch at the restaurant on our way to Durau. Most of the other restaurants in the area looked/were closed on the day, for some reason, so we were really pleased to find this one open. The restaurant area is not very large, but very clean, cosy (they have a small fireplace which creates a very cosy atmosphere), well decorated, and the staff very friendly, welcoming and prompt. Not sure, but it looks like like a family business place. The food and drinks were served promptly and were really good. The prices are decent, in my opinion, and you can tell the ingredients used for food are fresh. Quiet place and comfortable bedding. The cleanliness of the room needs to be reviewed (hair in the towels, blood stain…) and no heating. No one on site speaks English, Spanish or French. Although the lady on the spot tried to make herself understood. Food service the worst thing we did in our stay: lots of missing dishes, poor quality food and expensive for the price / quantity / quality We are quickly kicked out of the dining room. There is a communal kitchen, lounge and dinning area - it's a comfy spot to hang out by the fire after dinner (breakfast can be served here if the bistro is a bit chilly).||Rooms are large, nicely furnished and comfortable.
