Rediu — Hotel in Botoșani

Versiune romana dupa cea in engleza! I stayed at this hotel at the end of September 2021. The hotel is far away from a 4* hotel! It is outside the city! A big problem is that the hotel has no lift! There are high floors, with long, double stairs, and practically, we had to carry our luggage on the stairs. It is not a hotel where you can come with small kids or older persons, because, they will difficultly climb the stairs up and down. We have not understood how they have obtained the 4*... There are no phones connected with the reception (and this is part of the standard)! Our deluxe room, did not have glasses, cups, something to use for drinking, no little spoon... No internet connection, but even worse, not a signal for the mobile phones from the room!!! We had to go down on the stairs everytime we wanted to ask something from the receptionist. And in the unique occasion we catched a slight signal, the lady did not answer... Very unfriendly staff, indifferent, very slow: we got some plates to use after 1h30 minutes. At the breakfast, my husband saw some meat with a green color, he showed that to the boys, the plate was removed with indifference. The bathroom had a bad smell. We told the lady from the reception, she said that she was new, she could do nothing for that. A wide eaves started right at the bottom of the windows. It was very dirty and we saw many spiders! Very disappointed on the conditions offered and also by the staff so unfriendly and unsupportive!

Am stat la acest hotel la sf lunii septembrie 2021. Hotelul este departe de un hotel de 4 stele. Este in afara orasului, intr-un loc pustiu. O mare problema este ca nu are lift! Sunt etaje inalte, cu scari lungi si duble si a trebuit sa caram bagajele pe scari. Nu este un hotel unde sa poti veni cu copii mici sau cu oameni mai in varsta! Va fi foarte dificil pentru ei sa urce si sa coboare scarile. Nu am inteles cum a luat cele 4 stele... Nu sunt telefoane conectate cu receptia (si acest lucru e parte din standard)! Camera noastra deluxe nu avea nicio facilitate, macar pahare, cesti, ceva din care sa poti sa bei, o lingurita... Nu am avut internet, dar mai rau, nici semnal pe telefoanele mobile din camera sau diverse zone de langa hotel. Trebuia sa coboram de fiecare data cand vroiam sa o rugam ceva pe doamna de la receptie. In unica ocazie cand am prins um semnal slab, doamna nu a raspuns. Personal foarte neprietenos, indiferent, foarte incet: ne-a adus farfuriile goale solicitate dupa o ora si jumatate. La micul dejun, am observat carne cu coloratie verde, sotul i-a aratat ospatarului, farfuria a fost indepartata cu indiferenta. Baia avea un miros urat! I-am spus receptionerei, ne-a raspuns ca ea e noua si nu poate sa faca nimic. O streasina larga pornea chiar din partea de jos a ferestrei-usa. Aceasta streasina era ff murdara si cu multi paienjeni. The whole place is really nice in general. But has some minor unlikes.

I was here on a weeding sunday night and one thing that pops was the negligence and the unprofessional attitude of the waiters. Some of the plates have been dropped and even some were durty with gem or something when we arrived (I have to mention that it was the plate underneath - from that you don't eat - but even so..)

A dish was a little rotten. I don't know if it was because the heat or because they knew what they were putting on that plates, but I really didn't like it.

The dance floor was at the opposite side and half of the people in here was unable to see anything that happens on the dance floor.

Putting this aside, it was pleasan and the atmosphere was kinda nice.

P.S. here I complain or aprove something that is wrong or not about the restaurant, not the weeding. P.S.1 the...

I've been here twice so far. It is probabili one of the best, if not the best hotels in the city. First time I had a small room, and the second time a much larger one. The room are very clean and fresh. The restaurant is out of this world. Staff is very friendly, polite and professional. I only gave it 4 stars because its good but not perfect. The bathroom has no wall plug (at least not in my room) so if you have an electric razor good luck 🤞. If by ani chance you would like a soup after 17.⁰⁰ good luck. If you are in a hurry in the morning and would like to be one of the first people to serv breakfast at 7.⁰⁰ good luck. Restaurant opens at 8 if that. If the kitchen is very busy then they use up all the hot water, so you only have the option of going Wim Hof method. But still 4 stars. It's still...
