Pensiunea La Busu — Hotel in Bozovici

The worst experience I do not recommend this place! Extremely dirty and the staff is very unprofessional and rude!

I went there with my family and booked 2 rooms for 4 days. As soon as we arrived the host required us to pay all money upfront, before we even took our languages to the room. We had the terrible surprise to see the rooms: extremely dirty from the bed sheets to the bathrooms. The room smell was nasty - a mix of dirt and strong room spray. The toilets had urine and hair. The roll of toilet paper was half used and wet. Overall the bathroom was dirty. Both cold and hot water were orange, with a big sign "no drinking water".

Afte seeing all this I asked to talk with the staff and showed them all the issues and the bathroom dirt. The attitude of the lady was very unprofessional - she got very mad saying that they cleaned everything. We than asked to talk to the manager, so the lady came back with the owner. He was very aggressive, yelling at us. One of his response was " so what? do you want me to fire them because they didn't clean?". Never apologized, he was defensive I thought he was going to beat me up if I said one more word.

I do not recommend this place if you want your kids to not get sick and regret...

Am ajuns la această pensiune în cadrul unei excursii organizată de firma Cristian Tours. Am remarcat că ghidul firmei turistice , care ne însoțea în autocar, ne-a semnalat că, pentru a ne asigura masa de prânz fără sincope, trebuie să telefoneze cât mai urgent la această pensiune pentru a ne pregăti din timp ceeace vom alege să mâncăm. Din păcate, la felul întâi nu aveau decât o ciorbă de pasăre, iar la felul doi nu aveau decât păstrăv la grătar sau ceafă la grătar, meniu pentru care puteau asigura cca 50 de porții cam câți eram în autocar. Fiecare a optat pentru ceva, ghidul a centralizat comanda noastră și a comunicat din timp la pensiune ceeace am ales. Când am ajuns la pensiune, comenzile erau gata pregătite, aducerea la masă s-a făcut rapid iar noi nu am întârziat de la programul pe care ni l-am propus pentru ziua aceea. Recomand această procedură și altor grupuri turistice. Caz contrar, veți pierde mult timp cu preparatul produselor, ce vor fi comandate numai când vă veți așeza la masă.
