My recent stay at the hotel was regrettably subpar. Before my visit, I was alerted to potential auditory disruptions from a proximate factory — a warning that sadly manifested during my stay. Despite my earnest engagement with the hotel's team well in advance and my emphasis on a tranquil environment, I was confronted with the unsettling news of unavailable quiet rooms, especially distressing considering my check-in was at the ungodly hour of 3:00 AM. The administrative processes of both check-in and check-out were far from streamlined, necessitating an exhaustive inspection of the room prior to departure. The conspicuous lack of complimentary bottled water in the room further exacerbated the displeasure. The prominent noise disturbances from the neighboring factory deepened my concerns. The hotel's approach raises questions about its commitment to guest satisfaction, and one wonders about the veracity of its laudatory reviews. There was a party on Christmas night that we were never told about, the noise was so loud that we couldn’t stay in the room.
