Pensiunea Anotimpuri — Hotel in Bran

A horrible experience. After we have discussed 2 week's before our arrival, the owner sold our room to other customers. We requested a double room with another bed. When we arrived at the location, we have discovered that we do not have the supplementary bed, the towels are not available, the launch was not done, the room was not cleaned and the owner was missing. Even we have discussed 3 hours before and we have been assured that all is in place and good, it was not. When we asked why is this situation, the girlfriend of the owner said that she do not knows anything and give us a broken gurney bed. Also the dad of the owner begin to scream and offend us. A corner of heaven where dogs are accepted, managed by wonderful people, equipped with everything you need, for demanding people, wi-fi and TV, spacious and very clean rooms.
