Casa Sara Busteni — Hotel in Bușteni

A wonderful place, too bad that the new managers are treating the customers like hell. With the whole property booked in advance since one month ago for a birthday party and fully paid, one day before the event we found out that the managers have changed and they have new rules. Only 9 rooms instead of 10, half the money were lost and later found, rudeness behavior, and threatening to throw us out with police at 12 a clock, even if the initial conditions that were agreed were check-out at 16:00. And all this announced at 5:00 when we were sleeping. Good thing that the authorities came and calmed down...

Couldn't let 2020 pass and not come to this little slice of paradise. The place has a good position away from the busy main road and a 2 minute walk to where the forest and mountain starts. You have also a path at the end of the road that takes you to the Screaming Waterfall (around 30 minutes at normal pace) a beautiful walk, full of fresh air. It's also positioned very close to Sinaia, Romania's best mountain resort and the city of Busteni, places full of history, with some Castles to visit...

It was one of the worst experience I ever had. The Pension is great, but the behaviours of the administrator was unspeakable. We were rent all the Pension, but one of the room was occupied by the administrators even if we paid for it. They changed the accommodation conditions during our stay. Even if we were agree that we can have the check-out at 16 o’clock, at 12 they said that they changed the accord we had and get us out. I don’t recommend...
