Very far located from the city centre,we spent a lot of money on taxies ,poor choices of good breakfast,it was full of processed food and improperly washed tomatoes and cucumbers,you could literally see the dirt on them,very,but very rude staff without even the slightest notion of tourists'well being,we were reprimanded for taking extra tissues at breakfast time.The lady from the reception desk hardly spoke and when she did it seemed as if we had very much disturbed her.She wasn't capable of saying goodbye when we left.Such a pity that in such a beautiful town people are not being capable of being tourists orientated and do not even try making themselves pleasant at least for money sake.Do...

Mintiti in scris la fel cum mintiti si la telefon. Pe scurt va demontez aberatiile pe care le mentionati: Am sunat pentru rezervare si persoana care a raspuns, a verificat disponibilitatea camerelor pe calculator. De asemenea pe booking aveati 2 camere disponibile la momentul respectiv(ora 20:51). Am intrebat daca mai este necesar sa fac altceva pentru rezervare si mi-a fost transmis ca nu. Daca imi spunea ca nu poate face rezervare, faceam pe booking si nu se mai ajungea aici. Am fost sunat a doua zi, dar nu dimineata cum mintiti ( ora 17:26 nu este dimineata- puteti sa verificati). Am mari indoieli ca au fost rezervate camere peste noapte. Cum v-am spus si la telefon, prefer sa imi spuneti ca a fost nevoie sa rezervati tot hotelul pentru un grup sau ca a fost o incurcatura(eventual ca mai aveti de lucrat la anumite aspecte privind trainingul personalului), in principiu adevarul. Pentru ce am mentionat mai sus nici macar o stea nu meritati. In privinta locului de cazare nu ma pot pronunta - 1 stea va acord pentru situatia creata de dvs si de modul in care pasati responsabilitatea catre client si...
