Pensiunea Kalinder — Hotel in Bușteni

Prices for 3 star hotel when services are less than one star. Receptionist asked us to turn the music down in the hotel lobby at 21:00 whilst they had no bloody music on ( the outsourcing device was my iPhone. How loud can it be ?????????????!). Expensive prices for a lousy room. Found bugs in the bed. Worst place we have ever been. The landscape is awesome, but please find yourself another hotel this one is the worst in the whole area. Worst service...

The pension is located literally at the foot of the mountain, next to the ski slope - surrounded by a forest - very calm and quiet place, away from the noise and chaos. The staff is very polite and smiling, the food at the restaurant is ok, the rooms are clean and convenient. Spent 2 nights in Double Superior with my girlfriend, price was very cheap. i experienced very bad attitude from the owner of the place:||- the room was beneath the street level and in a very bad condition||- there wasn't any bad for the baby||- we asked for extra sheets and blankets and the owner lied that the hotel was full || (which wasn't true at all) and it's impossible||- the shower was disgusting and freezing||- the room was located next to the public w.c.||i wouldn't recommend this...
