La Casa Nord — Hotel in Bucharest

My partner and I recently spent a week at La Casa Nord in Bucharest. Check in was fast and easy. Mihaela and Alex were very welcoming and polite hosts. They responded to our requests very quickly and always followed up to insure our satisfaction. The room was very clean and comfortable. The washroom also very clean with plenty of hot water. We spent quite a bit of time on the outdoor patio conversing with our hosts and enjoying the coffee and other beverages that they had available. The location of the hotel was very central to Old Town, Baneasa Shopping City and the various other offices that we had to visit. There were two convenience stores very close to the hotel as well as a great Shawarma place right next door. We had a wonderful time in Bucharest and Mihaela and Alex were a big part of that. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Bucharest. Thank you...

· Assenza ascensore e scala di accesso ai piani con gradini molto alti, per chi come me che ha problemi al ginocchio.||La prima stanza che mi hanno dato, al primo piano, aveva un box doccia con bordo alto (50-60 cm) difficile da scavalcare. Avendo espresso questa mia difficolta mi proponevano una camere con doccia a bordura più bassa situata ai piani superiori. Per evitare di salire ulteriori scale per la difficoltà chiedevo il rimborso dell'importo pagato in anticipo e ancora non goduto, per andare in un altro hotel più comodo. Ma sono stato costretto a rimanare perchè hanno rifiutato tassativamente la mia leggittima richiesta. Al danno si è aggiunta anche la beffa: la pulizia della camarea che non è stata mai fatta in tutto il perio del soggiorno. In due settimana, a seguto delle mie ripetute lamentele, si sono limitati a cambiare ogni due o tre giorni solo i tappetini bagnati del bagno piccolissimo e angusto. Per non parlare delle bustine di sapone per doccia (di 7 ml ciascuna) lasciate occasionalmente e appenna sufficenti per una superficiale doccia. Per non elemosinarle ho preferito comprarne un flacone al supermercato. Tralascio il resto per mancanza di spazio.||No lift and stairway to the floors with very high steps, for those like me who have knee problems.||The first room they gave me, on the first floor, had a shower stall with a high edge (50-60 cm) that was difficult to climb over. Having expressed my difficulty, they offered me a room with a lower border shower located on the upper floors. To avoid going up any more stairs because of the difficulty, I asked for a refund of the amount paid in advance and still not taken, to go to another more comfortable hotel. But I was forced to stay because they strictly refused my legitimate request. The insult was added to the damage: the cleaning of the area that has never been done in the whole period...

Stayed here for 3 night and it was a terrible experience. The hosts are extremely grumpy and give you strange looks all the time. The rooms were tiny and the beds even smaller and extremely uncomfortable, i didnt sleep one night. The shower I couldnt even stand in it was so small. They don't give you the remote for the climate control and try to tell you it's fine. It was freezing in our room and the hosts try to tell us it's fine. Theres was no wifi or tv even tho advertised. Avoid this place at all cost. There's is much nicer for the same cost...
