A very bad experience in this place. I have traveled all over the world, I even work in tourism, but I have not encountered anything like this until now.||I rented the whole boarding house for accommodation without breakfast, and the location on the ground floor (a few tables with chairs and 1 refrigerator) for a night.||Because the pension did not offer us anything included in the very high price we paid per room, we bought ourselves at least for the breakfast we left in the fridge, along with personal belongings, a very expensive from Bang & Olufsen of 3000 eur, mixer for music. We were told we had to check out at 11:00, so we woke up at 9 in the morning to eat breakfast.||When we got downstairs, absolutely all our belongings, food, storage and other things left on the ground floor were taken outside.||Without anyone telling us what they were going to do. The box was full of frost outside in the open air, food thrown on the floor, on a chair and a table.||The owner spoke extremely badly to us, he threatened to call the police to complain that we had a party and that we stayed until 2 o'clock. That was after he agreed to rent us the whole location for this small party. of 14 people.||I can't even reproduce here the way he spoke to us and treated us. It is absolutely unreal and incredible. I paid 3900 lei for 1 night with absolutely nothing included. NOTHING.||Very very sad to see such services from some people who should work in HOSPITALITY! It's really...

We have been here a few times but will not in the future. the location is ok but DO NOT expect any service. Today was a dreadful experience, probably based on the fact that, for the first time, we requested a receipt for the entry fee to the pool. It's frowned upon by this business when you "force" them to pay taxes. After an hour of laying in the sun i walked around the public area, in the garden and noticed an open ledge and, just curious, took a peak inside to notice the pool pump and some pipes.(the engineer in me had an a-ha moment) did not touch anything , just looked down this basement, i guess, for a few seconds. The owner started yelling from 15-20 meters away that people are not allowed there and if i don't like it we can leave, he does not need our business. The area in question was not separated by any sign, it is open access in the yard. He also mentioned he noticed me, jumping on the lounging chair. I was startled, asking him what he was talking about, as no such event took place. Minutes before, i did 20, you can call light abs or crunches - you know, like in the gym- or as much as as you can call them that while lying on a sunbed. no harm done, no overambitious exercise. he kept yelling at us so we decided to leave. I recently rented this villa for some guests of mine. While the location was decent and convenient for my particular interests, it didn't quite meet the standards of a four-star hotel. The villa itself was satisfactory, but the overall experience was marred by the behavior of the owners.

The lady owner was somewhat okay, but the mister was extremely rude. There was an incident where he tried to discipline some of my guests' children with very inappropriate words, which I found completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior is a showstopper for me.

Given the unprofessional conduct of the owners, I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. The best rating I can give is two stars. Rude people should not be in the...
