Hanul Marioarei — Hotel in Bunești

I am really really disappointed because I booked a room via Booking.com one week ago, they confirmed my reservation, but today, with one day before my arrival they called me at 8 PM telling me that they have a wedding this weekend and cannot accomodate me anymore (a wedding is not planned in 2 days and if they knew that they have a wedding, should not have posted rooms on booking). They send me an option which is further away and has a bad score on booking. I had the worst possible meal at their restaurant. We were a group of 16, the waitress didn’t understand English very well and handed us the wrong dishes. When we confronted her about this matter all we received was unpleasant yelling that everything we got was according to what was in stock. So in reality there were dishes that were out of stock, and without telling us she switched the dishes upon her own will. Am petrecut un sejur deosebit la Pensiunea Hanul Marioarei și o recomandăm cu toată încrederea!

Am fost impresionați de amabilitatea personalului și de implicarea directă a proprietarului, care s-a asigurat permanent că ne simțim bine. Atmosfera caldă și primitoare ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă.

Totul este extrem de curat, bine întreținut, iar atenția la detalii se vede în fiecare colț al pensiunii. Mâncarea a fost excelentă, gustoasă și pregătită cu grijă. În plus, au loc de joacă pentru copii, ceea ce a fost un mare plus pentru familiile cu cei mici.

Am apreciat mult faptul că gazdele ne-au oferit recomandări excelente pentru petrecerea timpului liber în zonă, ceea ce ne-a ajutat să descoperim locuri frumoase și autentice.

Un loc în care cu siguranță vom reveni! Mulțumim pentru...
