the story goes something like this: I made a reservation two weeks before for a deluxe room with a balcony. I arrived at the location, everything is superb: beautifully furnished, with taste, they beautifully combined modernity with the rusticity of the Bucovinine area. the restaurant is large, with enough seats, the menu is a bit short but with taste and quality. And this is where the less good part begins: the room at et 3 (attic), spacious, nicely furnished and quite clean (there was still hair on the floor in the room and in the bathroom from the previous tenants). when we got to the room (around 3 p.m.) it was quite hot and we didn't manage to turn on the air conditioning. I went for a walk around 18 and on the way out I reported the problem to the reception, receiving assurances that it would be solved. We came back at 10.30 pm, the room was 28 degrees and after an acidic discussion with the person who was in charge of the reception after 10 pm (I think I disturbed her because I wanted a normal room, not a sauna) we were told briefly that the AC has a problem on the whole floor and that he can give us another room without AC. So I "slept" with the balcony door open, with the noise of cars and trucks, and in the morning after breakfast (4 courses) I quickly ended the stay, choosing another location. in conclusion, the location is very beautiful and the staff of the restaurant very professional... shame about the lack of air conditioning and the fact that the problem was not brought to our attention from the...

Ieri am prins întâmplător, cât îmi așteptam prietenii să vină de la Iași, filmarile unei emisiuni de pe TVR 2, care parcă se cheamă, dacă nu mă-nșel, "Istorie de bun gust", moderată de Camelia Moise, emisune în care "actorii" principali, au fost sclipitoarea doamnă directoare a Colegiului Silvic "Bucovina", Alina Cuciurean, chef Radu Zărnescu, meseriașul galactic al gratarelor, împreună cu un mare domn și intelectual din zona Bucuvinei, Stelu Ierhan, un mare, mare, român, unul dintre cei mai fascinanți oameni pe care i-am întâlnit în viața mea.

Bun! Cât am căscat gura pe acolo și eram atent la ce au spus frumoasele minți, propritarul locatiei, Hanul Bucovinei, locătie de excepție din Câmpulung Moldovenesc și cred ca dintre cele mai frumoase pe care le-am văzut în zona Moldovei, prietenul meu drag, Cosmin Giosan, a dat drumu la dozatorul de bere, bere pe care o produce chiar el, poate cea mai bună bere pe care am baut-o în ultimii ani, berea Kimpolung. Bun! Am uscat repede vreo 4 beri, cât să clătim puțin instalația și s-o pregătit pentru ceea ce a fost noaptea trecută și eram atenți la ce gatea Radu și la ce spuneau oamenii. Fascinant!

Dar în final, eu cu un prieten de-al meu local, Daniel, băiat simpatic și ceva mai hotărât, să vedeți ce am făcut:

Le-am mâncat recuzita!!! 😂😂😂 Frumos, cu turtițe, inmuiate în untul în care a fost gătită carnea de vită și de vânat, însotite de fâșîile de carne tăiate cu mare arta de Radu ... am ras tot. Ne-am jucat prin tigăile alea, până am realizat ca am ras absolul tot, de n-a mai rămas nimic după noi. Meserie maxiiiimăăăăă!

Acum, gândindu-mă cu mare satisfacție si plăcere în urmă, mă felicit, totuși, că nu le-am atacat-o înainte de filmari. Vă spun sincer, oamenii ăstia, trebuie sa ne pupe mâna. Le-a trecut glonțul pe lângă ureche. 😂😂😂

Bucovina este fascinantă, este absolut minuntă. În anul 2022 aceasta zonă cu ai săi oameni minunați, mi-au oferit atât de multe și frumoase amintiri, căt alții strâng într-o viață!

Sunt recunoscător și mă aplec cu maxim respect, atât atunci când ma gândesc la zona Bucovinei, cât și în fața oamenilor de aici, mai cu seamă în fața Alinei și a lui Cosmin.

Vă multumesc! Vă iubesc! Bucovina, te iubesc! România, te iubesc!

Încercați să urmariți peste două săptămâni, pe TVR 2, emisiunea "Istorie de bun gust", o să vă placa foarte mult și veți afla o multitudine de aspecte frumoase și înteresante specifice zonei Câmpulung Moldovenesc și Bucovinei.

Am fost cazati 4 nopti la acest hotel. Am ales Campulung deoarece era o locatie centrala astfel incat sa ne deplasam cu masina catre obiectivele turistice din zona. Este foarte curat si foarte ingrijit, a fost construit foarte armonis, toate detaliile, decorul, confortul sa se potriveasca si sa se completeze reciproc. Am avut camera cvadrupla, cu doua paturi matrimoniale, foarte confortabile. Fiind la etajul 2, balconul avea priveliste catre muntii din jur. Curtea este mare, cu verdeata foarte ingrijita, loc de joaca pentru copii generos, parcarea foarte mare. Iazul cu pesti a fost o incantare pentru copii. Pentru partea de cazare, conditii, confort, ne-am simtit foarte bine. Restaurantul este construit in aceeasi nota cu hotelul, dar personalul/servirea/mancarea parca nu fac parte din aceeasi lume. Personalul nu este in totalitate de origine romana, iar o instruire insuficienta duce la neconcordante de comunicare si servire. Un mare minus il consider micul dejun a la carte: chiar daca a fost inclus in pretul camerei, in prima dimineata ni s-a pus in fata lista de preturi; deoarece am fost nemultumita, a venit altcineva care mi-a explicat ca putem alege cate o varianta de acolo, inclusa in costul camerei. Variantele erau foarte putine, destul de restrictive, fara optiuni pentru copii. Pentru fiecare bautura trebuia sa intrebi daca era inclusa, fiind cate una/mic dejun (adica daca am cerut cafea, apa plata ceruta apoi a trebuit sa o platim), nefiind incluse sucuri. Nu exista varianta de fructe, cereale. Toate variantele de mic dejun aveau acelasi fel de salata, care in unele dimineti nu era asezonata, alta data a fost asezonata pe gustul meu, alta data a fost excesiv de multa sare si otet. Un mare minus a fost faptul ca intr-o dimineata ouale servite la micul dejun erau incomplet facute, albusul era crud. Ospatarita mi-a spus ca trebuia sa cer refacerea, dar refacerea o cer doar cand imi doresc altceva, nu cand un preparat ma poate imbolnavi. Preturile la restaurant sunt foarte mari, portiile micute, gustul decent. Cand am comandat in camera mancarea a venit foarte greu, dupa aproape doua ore, fiind nevoie sa revenim si sa insistam; a fost mult prea tarziu pentru copii, care de oboseala nu au reusit sa mai manance decat foarte putin. Berea imbuteliata care se poate achizitiona la pret decent este un plus. Cazile jacuzzi le-au placut copiilor; eu mi-as fi dorit masaj, dar maseorul era in concediu in perioada respectiva, chiar daca hotelul ofera facilitati de spa. Sper ca aceasta recenzie sa ajute la imbunatatirea restaurantului, deoarece este o locatie buna, se vede ca s-a investit mult. Restaurantul este cel care m-a determinat sa ofer...

🏆The Place To BE!🏆 Today we visited the HANUL BUCOVINEI Restaurant, hotel and spa. What a fantastic experience it was, the staff were quick to help us explain their delicious menu. If you are new to the area this is the holly grail of the Bucovinian Food culture, every ingredient is hand picked from local suppliers which results in a truly magical experience. The rooms are spacious to say the least with fantastic panoramic views across the green rolling hills. We took an hour away to unwind in the SPA, the double whirlpools get you started with a hot sauna to follow. There is a cold water shower for after which is AMAZING! We have already booked to come back, well done to all the team on a fantastic project in such a beautiful location, 🥇

Maybe the best hotel and restaurant from Bucovina district. It’s one of the best places where to sleep in Romania, the comfort level not being for 4*….it’s for 5. The food is excellent and the restaurant it worthy to have Michelin classification. It has a tasty traditional but reinvented menu with international influences and a very good service. The people are very nice and professional. There would be a lot to say about meat, fish, reinterpreted local dishes like mushroom soup with smoked trout but the potatoes baked in their skins entered my heart. The same potatos you can eat only in Thessaloniki.

Maybe the best hotel and restaurant from Bucovina district. It’s one of the best places where to sleep in Romania, the comfort level not being for 4*….it’s for 5.
