It's a small family run bussiness and you can feel it in every step of the service. It felt somehow they were understaffed at one point , maybe because of all the turmoil in the industry. The fish Borsch is something not to miss and the fried trout is amazing. The fried trout was excellent, it's as fresh as it can get, they fish it out of their own pond when anyone orders it. For those who do not eat fish, there is also polenta (mămăligă) with cheese and cream (MBS), that is not on the menu. For desert, the donuts with blueberries jam (papanași cu afine) are excellent. Din păcate Bucovina are mult de pierdut datorita serviciilor de foarte slaba calitate. Pensiunea Liliana este o mare dezamăgire. Un singur chelner asigura serviciul pe toată locația. Chelnerul era probabil sezonier, fără pregătire, fără ținută, transpirat. Am insistat sa ni se ia comanda. Băuturile au venit la insistentele noastre. La mâncare prima data a venit pestele și apoi ciorba deși au fost comandata odată. Papansii nu au mai ajuns deloc deși a trecut mai bine de jumătate de ora de la terminarea mesei. In total, în 2 ore am mâncat 3 pești și o ciorba. Personalul de la bucătărie mai ducea și comenzi, chelnerul făcea mujdeiul care nu a ajuns odată cu pestele. O lipsa de organizare și un amatorism total aceasta păstrăvărie. Nu am obiceiul sa scriu recenzii rele, am călătorit în foarte multe locuri din lume și știu ce înseamnă servicii de calitate, însă aceasta pensiune nu merita nici măcar o stea. La final a trebuit sa mergem noi sa cerem nota de plata, care nici măcar nu a fost înscrisă pe un bon fiscal.
