Pensiunea Oaza Apusenilor — Hotel in Călărași

First, a few facts: the owner and another worker had left on a trip when we left. Second, there was only one older lady working the whole place, 7 rooms plus 2 little houses behind the pool.

Now, onto a review of the accommodations. First, the scenery was beautiful. The pool was reasonably well kept and I had a good time in it. They also have a ping pong table, a pool table, boxing gloves and sack, however these were in all poorer condition still usable though. Their outside grill area was decent, although some of the tables were coming loose.

During my 3 night stay, I moved rooms. My first room was on the 1st floor behind the stairs. My second was on the third floor, essentially the attic. In both rooms, the bed sheets had light brown stains, but they smelled fresh. The bathrooms' draining systems were both bad, water leaking either into the bathroom itself or through the floor and into the lounge room on the first floor. On the 3rd floor, it grew hot very easily, so we had to keep the windows open thw whole night. Unfortunately, the owner owns a peacock, which kept crying into the night every 20 minutes or so. It was not conducive to sleeping.

Finally, the service wasn't very good. Although, keep in mind only one person was working. The food the lady served wasn't very good. She had a hard time remembering our orders (we were speaking fluent Romanian, so I would imagine it would be impossible to order easily in English). I would recommend bringing your own food ro grill on the system they have.

In short, the bedroom itself isn't good, from leaking water to stained sheets (and towels), but the rest of the accommodations were nice. Service was poor, but I imagine it would be better if the...

Horrible, terrifying, disgusting! Terrible! The host, Florin and Roxana, from the beginning, from the phone call seemed very agitated, aggressive and insistent, later they turned out to be both at least drunk and recalcitrant! He set a price on the phone call, later on he put more 200 because of the late hour context and the fact that we had settled down at the table to rest, they profited and raised the price. Then they intentionally cut off the electricity, many times, refusing to go to sleep at 9PM, they became aggressive, threatened to beat. We wanted to pay and leave asap, they refused any fiscal taxation, we let the money on the table and urgently left the place. They followed us cursing and threatening to fight and call underworld people for revenge. It was very unpleasent so we wanted to call the police asap. They proved that they are room samsars, the experience was embarrassing, I would never go...

NU, NU, NU! Am făcut rezervare pentru întreaga familie cu 3 luni înainte de sosirea noastră la Turda. Omul a fost foarte convingător, a spus că este la volan, dar va nota în agenda dânsului toate detaliile. M-a rugat, însă, periodic, în cele 3 luni, să-i confirm faptul că vom veni datorită faptului că mulți oameni sunt neserioși. În decursul celor 3 luni i-am confirmat acestuia de 3,4 ori venirea noastră, l-am rugat să-i dau un avans, fapt refuzat de acesta, rezervarea nefiind făcută pe booking și l-am asigurat de prezența noastră. În tot acest timp am citit recenziile locației printre care oamenii spuneau că fie i-a lăsat fără camere, fie le-a anulat rezervarea și multe alte detalii negative pe care nu am dorit să le cred. În săptămâna venirii noastre, i-am confirmat din nou vacanța ce urmează a fi făcută, spunând că totul e ok. În ziua venirii noastre, îl sun de dimineață și constat că domnul de la Oaza Apusenilor nu mai răspundea la telefon. Ulterior, am sunat de pe numărul soției, la scurt timp, răspunzându-mi tare bucuros ( probabil avea camerele noastre " libere " pentru a le oferi altor persoane cărora le făcea un preț mai mare, astfel ieșind în câștig ), iar de îndată ce spun cine sunt și îl anunț că ajungem în câteva ore, acesta mă anunță că are doar două camere libere din cele patru rezervate și că nu mă poate ajuta cu nimic. După contraziceri intense, a reușit " să îmi ofere " două camere și un apartament în Turda pentru care a făcut " eforturi imense ". Am refuzat și ne-am văzut de drum. Tot ce a reușit să spună a fost că " oamenii sunt neserioși și unii nu-și onorează rezervările ", deși eu anunțasem de mai multe ori că o vom face, " de ce nu l-am sunat și cu o zi înainte de venire și de ce nu i-am pus bani într-un cont ", deși îl sunasem în săptămâna aceea și a spus că e suficient și a refuzat un avans la rezervare și mi-a spus să merg " să mă servească cu o cafea și o palincă ", probabil să mă încălzesc pentru noaptea pe care urma s-o dorm prin mașină sau pe lângă mașină. Nu contest experiențele bune ale oamenilor, poate ei au avut mai mult noroc, dar, pentru mine, omul acesta a dat dovadă de o lipsă profundă de profesionalism, a fost la un pas să ne strice tot concediul, motiv pentru care vom lăsa experiența noastră peste tot sub formă de recenzii și vom continua cu sesizările la organele competente. Noi am fost cu toții adulți, am reușit să ne mobilizăm, dar pentru familiile cu copii, din punctul meu de vedere, este de evitat.
