Green Hill Villa & SPA — Hotel in Calimanesti

The property is basically a villa with at least 4 rooms and 2 suites. They also have another building and in the future also a spa. We stayed in a suite and had a big room and a big bathroom with a bathtub. The atmosphere was very familiar and we have befriended other families over barbecue and a beer. They also have a small pool and a fire pit where you can cook something. On the ground floor there is nice lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The place is children friendly. The location is beautiful, basically at the base of a green hill (hence the name), but it is not in the town of Călimănești. Place is really clean and looks great. The pool is not very big but not shallow, , about 1.40m depth. They offer free coffee (milk and sugar included) and water on the house. There is a big kitchen with 2 tables where you can cook and eat and 2 fridges to store food. Also, there are some pizza and food menus from 2 different places that you can order. We found some flyers about boat trips that were useful since we went and it was very pleasant. The host was super nice and friendly so a 10+ from us. Merg de foarte mult timp, alaturi de prieteni, prin zona, dar asa lipsa de respect fata de oaspeti, nu am intalnit pana acum. Discutii de genul: “ am inchiriat doar casa, nu si curtea!” sau “ am voie sa intru cand vreau in casa mea”, cum as putea sa le caracterizez? Sau faptul ca a trimis o doamna la ora 9:40, sa se apuce de facut curat in pensiune, printre picioarele noastre, cand noi tocmai ne trezisem si voiam sa luam micul dejun, in conditiile in care check out-ul se facea la ora 12? Toate acestea spun multe despre proprietarul acestei pensiuni. A fost de-a dreptul deranjat, ca am indraznit sa ii spunem ca nu suntem de acord sa vina cu muncitori in curte, sa lucreze, pt ca noi am venit sa ne relaxam. “Asa ceva nu i s-a mai intamplat!” Si in consecinta, ne-am trezit din nou, la vreo 15 min, cu dumnealui in pensiune( “ CASA MEA”!) Venise sa ne pofteasca afara. Sa ii platim noaptea de cazare si sa eliberam pensiunea inainte cu o zi, pt ca am indraznit sa il “apostrofam”! Cam asa sunt “ tratati” turistii, in aceasta pensiune.
