This is such a delightful place to stay. Cristi and Irina are wonderful hosts and went over and above to make sure we had the best experience. On the night we arrived, our flight was quite delayed and I was worried that we were too late for food, but they were ready and waiting for us and prepared a delicious meal along with wine from their own vines. They were so helpful and friendly, giving advice and regaling us with fascinating stories over cocktails. Cristi has spent decades in the hospitality industry, and it shows, the food is exceptional and the hospitality is top class. It’s a really peaceful location to sit out in the garden and orchard, surrounded by fig, plum and apples trees. You can easily get an Uber into Bucharest, or a bus goes to the city from the main road (about a 35min walk). This quiet corner near the Snagov park is a hidden gem. Best for relaxing and enjoying Cristi's exquisite food and drinks for a few days. Irina and Cristi are very friendly people and Cristi is always full of interesting stories about food, his extensive travels and so on. I would not recommend spending only one night there en route to another venue, because you miss the opportunity to make the most of this place. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The highlight was the nature and the spacious and beautiful garden, a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts Irina and Cristi went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.
