Hotel Epic Centrum — Hotel in Cisnădie

Arrived at night. Our parking was catch by one of the workers, we had to wait around 5 minutes till we can park. Also in the morning , the same car blocked us again and i had to looking for the car owners. Even we booked for an upgrade apartment, the rooms are located on first floor. When we entered the room its have a heavy smoked smell all over it! It looks like you enter a huge ashtray. No air conditioner in the rooms ! Its very hot and a window cant be opened! It can but its turned to the main street and the other window turned to the parking. There is a coffe machine in the room but there are no avaliable capsules! Also the food in the refrigerator contain some very expansive treats ! There was no fan in the room and they could provide us even thogh we booked a room with it. The night price is very expansive and not worth it. There is a mold in the bathroom! At the day tomorrow morning the airconditioners arrived and we wake up early because all the noises were outside you can hear in the video the drill noses. Not a fancy hotel in the center of Cisnadie - but also nothing to complain about it since you get what you are promised: ||- a clean room ||- comfortable bed. ||- a very clean bathroom with shower booth and amenities. ||- free parking||- coffee corner - not in the room but in the common area - so you can brew your own. ||- no breakfast in premises. ||- no smoking rooms ||- no pets allowed ||- the doors to the entrance locked after 20:00||- no reception - you just call the number as you get there and you receive a code for the small safe from where you pick up the key for the room. ||Overall a decent budget hotel - nothing to complain about - a very good price to quality ratio. Am să fac două recenzii într-una. În primul rând, referitor la hotel, nu am nimic de obiectat. Personalul a fost foarte drăguț, iar doamna de la recepție a fost deosebit de sociabilă și doritoare să ajute. În ceea ce privește strict hotelul, nu am obiecții.

În schimb, referitor la personalul care se ocupă de evenimente, aș avea multe de obiectat, dar voi scrie doar câteva dintre lucrurile întâmplate, aflate atât de la invitați, cât și din propria noastră experiență. Personalul, inclusiv șeful de sală, a fost practic împotriva noastră. Ne-au stricat două dintre cele mai importante momente ale nunții: dansul mirilor și momentul tortului. Pe scurt, ni s-a luat tortul efectiv din față și nu am fost lăsați să-l tăiem pentru că, în opinia lor, făcusem prea multe poze și era deja târziu, ora 23:20, deoarece planificaseră ca la ora 00:00 să ne scoată afară. Sunt de acord că am semnat pentru asta, dar suntem oameni, odată facem nunta, și nu ar fi afectat pe nimeni dacă s-ar fi întârziat cu 20-30 de minute. (Știm să răsplătim oamenii care se comportă omenește.)

Să nu mai spun că DJ-ul a fost permanent "dirijat" de personalul din bucătărie, care îi spunea ce și cum să facă. Anumiți ospătari nu și-au făcut treaba, iar, profesional vorbind, personalul nu are deloc experiența necesară pentru a organiza un eveniment la nivelul înalt pe care îl impune hotelul. Și lista poate continua...

Gândiți-vă de două ori înainte să organizați un eveniment acolo. Sau, orice discutați de la început, asigurați-vă că aveți totul în scris. Absolut tot, pentru că, în cazul nostru, ni s-a spus că tot ce nu este menționat în contract sau scris nu are relevanță.
