Pensiunea Albina — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

So, it wasn't really a stay at his "hotel" I have booked a stay on Booking on 4-8 august 2022, so that I could get a better price for Untold Festival. First I got a message on Booking telling me that if I want that period, I have to pay x2 price. Second I got a call from a man telling me that he knows my reasons why I have selected that period(Untold) and the he can't let the reservations at those prices for a Festival. Where is my problem that he didn't managed the prices for that period? Then he told me that if the Untold moves on another date, what would happen with the reservation? I have payed extra on Booking just for the service "cancel free", so again, where is the problem that I have created? The owner should manage its services before customers could ever book a stay there on any period. He threatened me to cancel the booking or he will manage by itself the stay. I don't find it customer friendly this kind of words. I hung up because they were accusing me for their problem. 5 minutes later I got another call from a nervous woman:"This is my property, I will not accept you as a client at my property". I promised her to make the conversation public so that others can see it. I am really sorry if they were nice people when they got their money as they wanted, but if they make a mistake, they should assume...

Din pacate experienta la Pensiunea Albina a fost una foarte dezamagitoare, mai jos punctez cateva dintre cele mai importante aspecte:

Am inchiriat o camera pentru 2 nopti, am fost cazat in perioada festivalului Untold, iar pretul pentru o noapte de cazare a fost de 1000 lei (un pret pe care mi l-am asumat cand am luat decizia de a merge la acest festival). Din pacate, aceasta cazare nu ofera facilitati nici pentru pretul normal (150 lei/noapte): "pensiunea" este amplasata la 13 km de centrul Clujului - foarte aproape de calea ferata si de aeroport - as recomandat-o doar ca ultima optiune daca aveti nevoie de o noapte de cazare intre schimbul de zboruri; mobilierul din camera este foarte vechi, paturile si saltelele sunt de o calitate foarte slaba (unul dintre, daca nu chiar cel mai inconfortabil pat pe care am dormit vreodata); este extrem de cald in camere si nu poti tine geamul deschis noaptea din cauza zgomotului si a faptului ca nu exista plase de insecte; nu am avut bec in camera si nici la baie, singura lumina disponibila din acea camera era la o veioza; nu este izolata corespunzator, auzi tot ce vorbesc persoanele care sunt cazare in celelalte camere; pe gardul proprietatii este specificat faptul ca acea cazare a fost realizata prin fonduri europene - cu siguranta nu si la standarde europene :); singurul aspect pozitiv a fost faptul ca am avut unde parca masina (este loc atat in curte cat si in fata...

One of the best places I've seen in my travels. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. IMHO, this place could easily compete with hotels and B&Bs from Switzerland, Italy and France. Of course, the prices are at least twice lower than in the above-mentioned countries while the amenities are the same or even better. Hats off to the wonderful family who runs this amazing...
