Vidcom — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

We chose this hotel because we didn't manage to find something else. It was during the Untold festival. ||This is a hotel for truck drivers. It is simple and not so nice. The rooms are okay...with new furniture and they seem to be quite clean. We stayed there for 5 nights and not even once a cleaning lady come to clean or change the towels. Behind the hotel there is a place where trucks park and maybe a service or something, but from there a lot of noises are coming. The walls are pretty thin as well because we were able to hear our neighbors. ||I don't think it is a good idea to eat at their restaurant. We didn't, but it looks more like a cantine and strange people enter there (truck drivers). ||The hotel is at 10 km from the city center and you make 15 minutes...

Servicii jalnice in ce priveste restaurantul, nu recomand deloc. M-am oprit pentru prânz, am asteptat vreo 20 minute sa apara vreun ospătar dar nimic. Era doar o doamna in spatele unui pult, cu ochii intr-un monitor si castile pe urechi, fara nici o treaba cu ce se intampla in restaurant. La un moment apare o domnisoara de undeva din spate si face schimb de loc cu doamna din spatele pultului. continuare, nici o privire aruncată in restaurant. M-am ridicat si am plecat. Cam asta se face...

O stea e mult și asta pentru unii angajați obraznici de fiecare data le-am lăsat ciubuc până când au devenit aroganți și obraznici trebuia să de-a cu peria pe mașina și nu au dat măcar că le-am spus că trebuie dat. Dacă nu le dai ciubuc la unii exemplu schimbul din data de 9-10 .11 2021 îți închid ușa în față măcar că puteau baga la spălat 2 mașini. Poate se sesizează cineva comportamentul acestora (gunoaie) îndepărtează clienți degeaba ai firmă bună dacă ai unii...
