Fiesta Apartments — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fiesta Apartments in Mamaia, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The views from the apartment were stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. Am stat in acest apartament mizer 5 nopti, in vara anului 2023, timp in care am avut multiple probleme. In primul rand am intrat in apartament dupa vreo ora jumatate post check in pe motiv ca nu era curatenia gata, ne-am descaltat si dupa cativa pasi, aveam toti talpile negre. Fratiorul meu s-a urcat direct in pat si a murdarit cearceaful. Nu am avut un set de pat in plus, prosoapele au fost cate unul de persoana si atat, detergentul de vase era diluat la maxim cu apa, mopul era absolut dezgustator si mirosea a ud, in baie mirosea a sulf (ca in restul judetului), am avut doar doua suluri de hartie igienica si dupa ce l-am sunat pe stimatul domn sa-i spun ce nevoi avem, ne-a spus ca: (si citez) “stie ca mai mergea un mop-doua, dar s-a grabit sa ne lase in apartament”, in conditiile in care deja asteptasem mult si puteam sa mai asteptam cat era nevoie incat sa fie podelele curate. La telefon a urlat la mine din toti plamanii si la un moment dat mi-a spus ca nu ne intelegem si ca sa ii dau un barbat la telefon cu care sa vorbeasca. Tatal meu era plecat atunci si era decat fratiorul meu de 13 ani cu mine. I-am spus ca pot sa i-l dau pe el la telefon, ca poate pentru un baiat de 13 ani are mai mult respect. Mi-a inchis telefonul in nas pana la urma in timp ce continua sa tipe la mine. Intrebarea mea este: daca calatoream singura si nu ne intelegeam, cum reuseam sa comunicam pana la urma? Bogdan (proprietarul in cauza) este un pusti misogin de bani gata (nu pot sa-l numesc barbat) care nu stie sa faca turism sau customer service si nici nu cred ca ar vrea sa invete vreodata. Din vara si pana acum a anulat optiunea de a lasa un review, pentru ca stia ca abia astept sa impartasesc aceasta experienta extrem de neplacuta. I-am spus ca mi-am deschis un tab in browser caruia ii voi da refresh pana la sfarsitul zilelor mele daca e nevoie si iata ca a sosit ziua cea mare :) In concluzie: NU TOLEREZ MISOGINISMUL SI NU VOI ACCEPTA NICIODATA SA FIU TRATATA ASA, MAI ALES...
