Hostel Bel Air — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Very easy to reach from the main Costinesti train station. There are also many grocery stores nearby. It is a very well maintained building and clean. The room was comfortable. I was particularly happy about the bug screens. The hosts were nice and helpful.

If you need a big towel to dry yourself after a shower, bring your own. They provide one medium sized towel per guest. The rooms don't have A/C, but the building is generally cool.

Be prepared for a 20 minute walk if you want to get to the "central" area of Costinesti, or bring your car. I see people have some complaints about the hotel rules. I think each rule comes from a bad experience and they have upsides: Leave the key at the desk when you leave? Great, now you don't lose the key and you can separate from the group. Don't gather at night in the yard? Great, you yourself can enjoy some peaceful rest at night. Don't bring unregistered people to the room? Actually this is for the owners to avoid fines from the police.

Daca vreti sa va simtiti ca la puscarie veniti la Bel Air, cand plecati din camera trebuie sa lasati cheia la receptie, va intra in camera cat timp nu sunteti la cazare, va verifica de fiecare data cand plecati, va intreaba unde plecati la fel cum ma intreaba si mama, de fiecare data cand ma duceam la masina ma intreba ce fac la masina si unde plec, la ora 10 fix m au pus sa plec de la cazare si sa mut masina pentru ca "venea altcineva" dar am mutat masina si nu a mai venit nimeni. Aveau hartie la baie care cu un strat din aia roz, care cand ma stergeam imi trecea degetul prin ea, va da un prosop cu care nici pe fata nu poti sa te stergi, din ala de 20 de ani, REPET MI-AU INTRAT IN CAMERA CAND NU ERAM LA CAZARE. In 550 de lei pe 3 nopti nu am avut nici aer conditionat patul era cat se poate de incofortabil, televizoru nici nu mai zic...

In primul rand,nu iti este permis sa aduci alte persoane nici măcar in curte,nu poți sa le spui clienților tăi că tu ești șefa și dai ce ordine vrei. Ziua trebuie sa vorbesti pe un ton normal, dacă nu in soapta, iar noaptea nu ne-a fost permis sa stam la terasa (au luat scaunele) din curte sau sa schimbam o vorba, înainte de somn. In clădire chiar si sunetul adidașilor îți este interzis, mi-a fost atrasa atenția. Clădire slab aerisita, iar mirosul din dulapuri, anormal.
