Hotel Lira Pacific — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

To start with the breakfast is not up to much and the staff either need a rest or need to change there job as one or two of them aren't friendly and just grunt at you in the morning... I asked to move rooms as I was on the top floor and the seagulls was banging on the roof and I was told to "be quiet and no you can't move" when the hotel was half full. Me and my wife had drinks at the restaurant and we still had a full drink and the staff told us to move away from the restaurant and go else where as they was closing the restaurant at 10:30. Where do you go when the is nothing around? So we go the reception to finish our drinks and we have the night porter telling me and my wife to go to bed as they have 45 new guests coming and they don't want anyone in reception or they call the police.. we still had drinks at this point. Absolute discrase!! ||Sorry if you have booked this place but I would never come to this hotel again....

Spent 9 days in a studio there and it was acceptable, the 10th day we got a appartement because we had friends coming over and we were disappointed for a few reasons: |1) staff can use retraining, |2) why in the world did you not price match a 3rd party website and told us to book through them for just a few lei difference, when you pay them 15-20% commission?!|3) restaurant kitchen always lacking something |4) quality of furniture not so wonderful.|5) in room kitchen insufficiently equipped |Pluses: The restaurant has great food and superbe prices, some of the staff are wonderful! Cleanliness was impeccable besides the small accident where there was altered veggies in the cupboard in the appartement we had for-the last night. They have great strong coffee as i love. |Unsure if to go back or...

Great service, very friendly staff, very nice breakfast, spacious and clean rooms with nice furniture. Even though it is far away from the beach, the 305 minibus has its route very close to the hotel and it can transport you to Mamaia in around 20 minutes for a very low price. Bus 44 has its stop at around 10 minutes walking and it can transport you to the Old City Centre. There are some small thing which could be improved: the Air Conditioning unit was not fully operational during my staying, maybe change the cold neon lights inside the rooms with warm lights, make sure that all the devices present in the room are working properly (like the radio in the shower). However, I have exeprienced no issues which could make me feel sorry that I chose this hotel, therefore I would recommend...
