Nautic Family Club — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

June 2019 - This is the last hotel in Navodari before Petromidia, just next to the beach. Area is still in construction so streets are full with sand and everything is dusty. If has 2 buildings Nautic Sport Club where the pool and restaurant is and Nautic Luxury which seems newer and where they have a game room and SPA area. In terms of local attraction there are not many options so if you select this hotel make sure you are OK to stay within the hotel or take the car to go anywhere. Pool Area - one small pool for kids and a big one for adults. Both of them are clean and there are plenty of beds. The adult swimming pool is deeper than usual, I would estimate 1.8m and there is no info about the size so this can be tricky. Restaurant - food is good, plenty of staff around to help and they try to suggest and offer solutions. They do not serve Pizza bit they have it in the menu. Tried the burgers (40/42 RON), pasta (from 25 to 30 someting), ribs (47 RON), salads ( around 30 RON) and Kids menu (12 RON usually). Deserta are also very good. Strangely, they do not accept to charge it to the room, not at the restaurant and not even drinks from the pool, so keep card or cash nearby. Hotel - My comments are about Nautic Luxury, Apartments Junior Suite. This apartment has an interior stairway and this should be clearly mentioned to the guests before booking. It has a very good size, everything seems new and looks clean. Problems: hot and cold water are inversed in the bathroom upstairs You get a bracelet when you check-in but you also need another piece of paper for local beach. You need to get this every day, it is not the same for your full stay. The main door of the apartment does not lock. There are 2 TV’s in the apartment and remote control from one works for the other as well. Because the distance is small when you actually change the programms at one TV you change it for the other one as well :)

Game room- it has many games, the room is new and it is well designed so kids can have a good time. I think it closes at 20.00 which is quite early I believe.

Generally a good hotel for families, quite isolated but you can enjoy the pool and private beach...

Disappointing Experience with Rude Staff and especially the Manager. I recently visited Nautic Family Club and was extremely disappointed with the experience, particularly due to the rude behaviour of the manager and staff. The manager, in particular, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When we approached him about the issues, he responded with hostility and made no effort to address our concerns or offer any solutions. The lack of customer service extended to the restaurant as well. The waitstaff were inattentive, and when we pointed out that we were waiting for someone to take our order for 40 mins, food was served cold, uncooked , we were met with rude remarks instead of an apology. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority at this establishment.Overall, the poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour of the manager and staff made our stay very unpleasant.

Also, we paid for sunbeds expecting a comfortable setup to enjoy the beach. However, we were brought dirty and disgusting mattresses that were completely unacceptable. We kindly asked the staff to change them, but they refused and responded rudely to our request.When we asked for a refund due to the poor condition of the sunbeds, the staff, including the manager, were not only uncooperative but outright hostile. They refused to refund our money and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude was shocking.This was just one part of a series of disappointing encounters. The service quality at the resort was subpar.
