One & Kos Resort — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

An absolute dream – a little slice of paradise!

We were lucky enough to spend a few days at this brand new resort and honestly, it was perfect!

The resort consists of beautiful A-frame bungalows, all newly built, tastefully decorated, and designed with great attention to detail. The combination of modern design and cozy comfort is spot on. Each bungalow is air-conditioned, fully equipped, and offers plenty of privacy. You feel at home the moment you walk in.

The shared area was another highlight: a large covered space with cooking and BBQ facilities, a fridge, and plenty of seating perfect for connecting with other guests or enjoying a relaxed dinner together. Outside, there’s a gorgeous modern pool area, a stylish fire pit, and a small charming bar. Everything is super clean, well designed, and thoughtfully arranged.

The location is great too. The beach is just a short walk away, so you can easily stroll down for a morning swim. Despite being so close to the water, the resort is peaceful and quiet ideal for unwinding and recharging.

What truly makes this place special, though, are the hosts. The owners are young, passionate, and incredibly dedicated. They built most of the resort themselves using sustainable materials, and their warm, friendly, and helpful nature really sets the tone for the whole experience. You can feel the heart and soul they've put into this place.

We were absolutely blown away and will definitely be back. This resort is a real hidden gem! Book it while it’s still...

Nice cozy place especially if you're looking for something that's pet friendly. The AC in the room is in top condition which was such a relief after hot days at the beach. The bed is large and comfortable and the room itslef is very cute.

Just keep in mind that when all the houses get booked by people that know eachother it gets rather loud if you're an outsider.

I also recommend the owners to find a solution so the curtains in the rooms go all the way to the end of the windows, as there are some spots that leave you in the sight of others especially at night, if you don't find a solution yourself. I know the rails can go only as far as the wall goes and the windows are a bit larger than that because of the A shape, but maybe some hooks on the walls where you could hang the curtain to make it go all the way to the end of the window can be an idea.

Also, the owners could take into account installing more water heaters, as we didn't have hot water on one of the nights since a lot of people were showering at the same time probably.

The small kitchen in nice a very well equiped and the improvised pool is a nice touch...

An unforgettable stay at a truly special place!

We had the most amazing time at this brand-new resort with its charming A-frame houses just a short stroll from the beach. The atmosphere is absolutely perfect for relaxing – there’s a cozy outdoor area with a firepit and a small pool where you can unwind, hang out, or just enjoy the chilled vibe under the stars.

The houses are decorated with soooooo much love and attention to detail – you immediately feel at home. Everything you need is there, and you can tell the owners really care about their guests' experience. Speaking of the owners: they’re young, funny, and super helpful :-) – always around for a good tip or a friendly chat without ever being intrusive.

We came as a couple and had a fantastic, laid-back time – but we also met a fun group of young travelers who brought great energy to the place. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or good vibes with cool people, this spot has it all.
